What I appreciate them most about this place is the quality and price of their merchandise. I noticed the price of their cat trees have gone up, but they are still far superior to Pet Smart. Pet smart 'stack' their levels, where as the ones you buy here are 'staggered'. They sell buckle and better breakaway collars for less, with no stupid bells on them. However if the company can afford to put it on sale for a price, they can afford to honour the sale when the employees haven't removed the signage a few days after the expiration.
