I tried out Pet Evolution for the first time and they did an amazing job on my mini golden doodle. I decided to get a trim and bath. They had great customer service! Everyone was friendly and I even went home with a treat bag and report card for Winter! I thought it was a super cute personable touch. I would recommend this place to anyone around the Folsom area looking for a groomer!

Every now and then, long haired cats need some grooming. I brought my two beauties in to pet evolution today and they got the VIP treatment. Kuram managed to get me an appointment with only a day wait compared to the other places I called that were way booked out. The groomer Valerie took excellent care of them. They smell great and are so nice and clean now. They came home with a goodie bag and adorable bandanas around their necks. I can tell that everyone there really cares about animals. The dog that came in when I was leaving was immediately greeted with a treat. The store itself is stocked with all sorts of nice things and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Denique came out yesterday for a mobile nail trim for my two fur babies. The vet has been having to drug my boys to trim their nails. Pet Evolution has solved a problem for me. Thank you so much. Denique worked with the boys and was able to quickly cut both their nails without any problem without medication.

Emily did amazing with my 130 pound huge stubborn, timid St. Bernard! We did our first ever mobile, waterless shampoo, nail trim, teeth, ear, and some shaving! My dog has never done so well, and even after the experience still was sitting in her lap and kissing her face. Emily is a gem! I will book again and again!

Took Biscuit for an emergency haircut because it suddenly became so hot everyday!!!! Booking was real easy and was happy to make an appointment at 8:30 for 9:00 this morning. The owner was very generous with giving Biscuit several treats to try.....the owner said it was like getting samples at Costco! Elza, our groomer was super friendly, very attentive and made sure she knew what we wanted. I liked they had a sample of how short you want the haircut, it was like carpet samples. Because of that there's no surprises or disappointments because they know how short you want it. Biscuit was sent home with a cute goody bag with a picture, a nice hand written thank you note and treats. Definitely will be back.

I just tried for the first time their grooming services with my cockapoos and the attention to making sure my two dogs were confortable was great! Although my dogs had a lot going on, matted and dealing with ear infections, I really appreciate how gentle and mindful the grooming ladies were. They had to go very short to just start all over again. The owner is very knowledgeable as well with recommendations on what to try for their allergies and skin sensitivity. I appreciate all the help I can get! I also have a membership that I use every 3 weeks to wash my dogs. They provide shampoo, towels, drapes and the tools necessary to do the service from start to finish. I highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pet Evolution for mobile nail trims for our dogs, Reece and Layla. From start to finish, everything was professional, calm, and so thoughtful. Shelby was incredible, she was right on time, extremely kind, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. She greeted our dogs with so much love and reassurance, which made a huge difference, especially for nervous pups. She came fully prepared and did the entire appointment right in our driveway, making the experience easy and stress free for both us and our dogs. We really appreciated how gentle she was and how she took the time to make sure each dog was comfortable. After the appointment, we loved receiving a detailed little review of how each dog did, which was such a nice personal touch. You can truly tell that Pet Evolution cares deeply about the animals they work with and takes pride in providing excellent service. The convenience, professionalism, and genuine compassion make this service stand out. I wasn't aware of my niece's really old Yorkie nail's until she showed me because she was beyond concerned over them. His name is JB and is going blind, he gets so spooked over his own silhouette. She mentioned that multiple times have tried to cut his nails but he gets really freaked out and starts to squirm which makes it more difficult to cut, she doesn't want to cut too far down and hurt him. I took it upon myself to look around on Yelp for a decent place that would cut his nails without any prove of vaccinations put in some details and let Yelp do its thing. I was notified by Pet Evolution with pricing then got a call with more information. I was given the option for the mobile van to come to me which I really needed at the time but everything just went easy and smooth. It was on an early Friday morning so someone was able to come out pretty quick, her name was Denique and off bat I liked her plus her energy was EVERYTHING. I explained our situation with JB so she went in with awareness then he came out with more cuteness than ever. Denique put a little bandanna around his neck along with a goodie bag that had a small bag of a special food/treat, a polaroid picture, report card a thank you card.

Came in for a first full puppy groom for my doodle and Gretchen did not disappoint! Loved how my puppy looked when I picked him up and Gretchen did an awesome job and even sent us home a thank you gift bag for Ozzy. I also love the team they have here at Pet Evolution-Folsom! Everyone's been great and really helpful on top of great quality service they provide. They also sent us home a whole bag of treats and food for Ozzy that included a 4-pound bag of puppy food! Definitely earned a would be loyal customer!

We absolutely LOVE Pet Evolution in Folsom! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so warm and welcomed--it truly feels like family here. The owner and team always go above and beyond, and today was extra special because our golden doodle, Wrigley, had his very first groom with Gretchen. My husband and I were honestly so nervous about his haircut (if you're a doodle owner, you know how tricky grooming can be!). But Gretchen and the team completely eased our worries. When we picked him up, we were blown away--his cut was exactly what we asked for, and honestly, even better than we imagined. He looked perfect! On top of that, they surprised us with the sweetest thank-you gift bag filled with treats and even a cute photo of Wrigley after his haircut. Such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. We're so grateful to have found Pet Evolution and couldn't recommend them enough.
