We have been taking our golden girl to Leah's since we got her, and we have received great service and care since the very first visit. Our dog couldn't receive the full array of services until she was fully vaccinated, but Leah was happy to come out to the parking lot and trim our then-puppy's nails for us, for which we were so grateful! After our dog was fully vaccinated, we have been giving her a spa day at Leah's every four weeks, and every time she has come out looking great. What we love and respect about Leah is that she will NOT recommend a service if she thinks it poses any risk to our dog. For example, she recommended against a bath before we had 100% certainty that our dog's surgery scars had healed, and charged us a lower amount that month for a more limited grooming session. She put our dog's health and safety first. Leah also gives us great tips and recommendations for things we can do at home in between grooming sessions. We're thankful for Leah's and her team's great service, and highly recommend her to other pet owners. read more

My previous groomer moved so I tried this place. What a mistake. Totally did not listen to instructions on what to cut and how much. First they shaved my dog way too close. Then Teresa IGNORED WRITTEN AND VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS WITH PHOTOS OF MY DESIRED CUT. It will take a year to grow back his beard. Here is a photo of what asked for and what I got. We stopped in to meet Leah and check out her facility. We didn't have to wait long for an appointment and finally the day arrived. Our youngest dog is only nine months old and had not been to the groomer before except to have her nails trimmed. I was a bit apprehensive about leaving her, but there was nothing to worry about. All four of them came out, looking gorgeous and smelling wonderful! Leah and team did exactly what we asked for. When we went to pay, I realized that I had never asked what Leah charges. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was quite affordable compared to the Bay Area rates. I couldn't be more pleased and have made a regular appointment for every six weeks for my 4 pups. read more

Melissa is a fantastic groomer! We have a Great Pyrenees and not everyone can groom these dogs. They chopped off half her tail. I called and asked Leah why they chopped off half her tail. Her VERY RUDE response was "your husband told Melissa that is what he wanted". Complete lie!! My husband just asked for a trim. My Co-worker, who I referred here also just told me that Leah, the owner, was very rude to her one time. Leah has been our Tibetan Terrior's groomer for 10 plus years. His coat naturally grows very long, but we have her keep it trimmed so he won't get clotted or matted. Additionally, our dog does not like other dogs and attacks without provocation. Somehow Leah has worked her magic and he is a perfect gentleman at her salon.
