We have used Pet Dynasty since 2022. And it has been a terrible experience. It's on us for bringing him back. We dropped our fur baby off on 12/19 around 10ish am picked him up 12/20 130ish pm. He is absolutely disgusting looking and smelling. And then the icing on the cake once again our dog was not fed. I left 5 containers of food. Received 3 back, with food. He should have been fed 12/19 twice and 12/20 twice (maybe), No one could confirm whether he ate today or not. No one could tell me when he was let out of the kennel for playtime. Based on how he looks and smells, we think he was left in his kennel from when we dropped off until we picked up. He is covered in his pee and poop. I was told he spills his water. He is covered and dripping wet. But the smell alone gagged everyone in the car. No apologies. Didn't question why we are picking up a day early? Just annoyed I was questioning why my fur baby looks terrible. Back issues with this place, when we used them for daycare -He was not fed properly or at all -Mistreatment of him on video when I picked him up -Left in the kennel all day until I came to pick up after work. Use the place very causally. I know some animals are treated well and others have not had issues like we have had. We stopped daycare when I question whether he needed food and they brought back a bag that was never opened. I brought our updated vaccine list and they didn't even request it. Rules do not seem to followed. Excuses are made for concern we questioned. We stopped going. Again we were in a situation and had to leave him. Never again will we trust Pet Dynasty or anyone at this point. It's not worth the gamble. ****Having him dirty from playing is one thing. Having him smell of piss is another. And NO he does not pee where he sleeps. Again another issue put back on us and not taking responsibility from not taking care of our animal. And MY HUSBAND and myself know what he should look like. No he does not need a personal attendant, he just needs to be cared for. But he was one of TOO MANY allowed to be here safely. We WILL NOT come back. read more

We have been taking our pups to Pet Dynasty for many years. We had two, once recently passed due to seizures, and little Lulu was heartbroken! She is 7 and has known Brisco her whole life, he was 11 1/2 when we had to put him to sleep. We brought her here for a 'sleepover' recently, a month since Brisco died, first time she came alone, and they took extra special care of her knowing what she was going through. She was groomed to perfection, and we could tell she really enjoyed her time there, playing with other pups and with the staff. Carlos is the best, and his team is exceptional. I'm writing to review a business that requires significant improvement. We purchased a package for our dog, but experienced dishonest practices, including unauthorized deductions. Our dog was frequently confined, showing signs of depression, they got locked up most of the time and the facility didn't provide water during nighttime 14-15 hours without water. I'm so happy I brought my old puppy guy here. I call him that cause he's old, but has a puppy soul. Anyway, I believe the groomers name was Cindy, and she did an AMAZING job. She made Kodie look so adorable with the puppy face teddy bear cut, idk what it's called exactly. Usually, I always have him shaved down since no one can ever get the style I want. I've always taken Kodie to PetsFart, but I've been looking to switch & want to support a local small business. I've always seen Pet Dynasty when I drive on the 680, so I decided to give them a call and I'm so happy I did. This is a quality job that you won't get at a corporate big chain store or grooming salon. I highly recommend Pet Dynasty & Cindy, they had Kodie looking like a star! Pet dynasty is nasty. I left my sweet angel there a couple of times and every time he came back covered in urine. They don't have a grass area and the area they keep the dogs is not well ventilated and they have to urinate in their kennel. Every time we went there he would always whimper when we got inside. And the cat motel in the front has to go it is stinking the whole place up. Instead I recommend Diablo k-9 academy. It's nice my dog is always happy to see the owner(Shane) and he has lots of friends there. It is a more rustic style place but there is lots of space for your dog to run free. read more

Our dog was dropped off and returns to us smelling like it was care for very poorly and neglected it was very bad. We went to the vet and he agreed that the dog was not cared for properly . We are shocked at the way this place takes care of pets. We have a small only 2 years old and he went through a nightmare. We are reviewing our best options we ask anyone else to contact us that has had similar experiences. Looks like a lot of the other reviews are similar and this is normality for this business. If I could have done zero stars I would have. Let me start by saying DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. I boarded my Saint Bernard here with the assumption that they would have my very fluffy pup in ac his entire stay considering the simple fact that it was 94 degrees when I dropped him off. I paid for him to stay for 8 days...however on day 4 I was notified that he had developed hot spots and needed to go to the vet. Long story short my dog got extremely sick from being in their extreme temperates- this facility does not run the air conditioner for your pets at night (who knows if it's ran at all). After an $1100 vet bill to treat my extremely sick dog...this place has the audacity to keep my money for the rest of his stay on top of everything else despite the fact that he was picked up days early because of their irresponsible care! They claim that the hot spot was from allergies...and "not their fault" however...my dog has been completely fine since leaving their facility! Allergies don't miraculously disappear like that. I am appalled by not only their care for my dog but their awful customer service! The manager/owner should not be running a pet facility. He has no problem running his business and treating his customers complely inhumane! This is what I picked my poor 8 month old puppy looking like, and still they kept hundreds of dollars I did not owe them. read more

We have used Pet Dynasty for daycare as well as boarding for all of our "very spoiled and loved" doggies. We have 3 loving and playful doggies that love going to Pet Dynasty. They have a great time playing with their doggie friends and they get treated wonderfully there. They are always excited once they realize where they are going for the day. After a horrible experience at another dog boarding facility, I have a new appreciation for Pet Dynasty! This place is like a well-oiled machine. I have never had a moment's problem with them. Their staff is professional and lovely. Their systems are streamlined and everything runs very smoothly. They always remember my girl even though she only stays here about 3x a year. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and lots of love for my dog. The only reason I checked out another dog boarding facility was because Pet Dynasty is half an hour from our house. I tried to find something closer and man, what a mistake that was! The area where the dogs play is nice and roomy and is very clean and well maintained. My dog absolutely loves coming here when we are out of town and has a wonderful time with all the other dogs. My favorite part is that Pet Dynasty gives you a code that allows you to log into their camera system and you can peek in on your dog during the day. After what I just went through at another facility, I will never EVER take my dog to a place without cameras. I always get her groomed when she stays and they do a wonderful job. When I pick up my pupper she is clean, happy, and worn out from all the fun. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I will definitely bring our dog back to Pet Dynasty! The new owner was very personable and gave us a tour of the new cattery they are adding. During our trip we were able to check in on our dog using their online camera service. We were able to see the employees play with our dog and all the other pups in the kennel. Pet Dynasty. Where do I start? How is this place licensed or permissible to be open for business??? This review is no Different then the many other people who have suffered an experience like us! Took my puppies for boarding for 4 nights. A last minute drop off as we had to leave to LA in an emergency. Picked them up. And WOW!!! Heartbreaking!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED!!! . My FRENCHIES ear was sliced open with multiple lacerations. He has slashes all over his face. His paws were also cut open. He had multiplier lacerations on he head, ear, and paw! Where was the supervision during play time??? His mouth is ruined. It hurts when he chews. Poor puppy squealed when I gave him a treat. My German shepherd is LIMPING. They both look miserable and traumatized. Deprived of food! It was obvious they had not been fed, stomachs stuck to their back and ribs showing. My poor babies. DO NOT GO LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE!!! The owner is a retired vet with zero compassion, empathy, ethics, or consideration for our dogs or us as owners. We had to keep them in the garage because they were so filthy. We couldn't let them in the house. They were very contaminated. They were drenched and covered in urine, a lot of urine. Their collars, their leashes, their bag was all drenched in Urine. Were they let out to pee? Did they pee in their cages and no one cleaned it? Did they sleep and live in their fecies and urine for 4 days? Did other dogs pee on them?! We will never know how they were cared for from the moment if drop off!!! That is the agony we have to live with. Called pet dynasty asked to speak to the owner. The "receptionist" said the owner wasn't in. After expressing my concerns and saying we want to talk to the owner constantly. How serious this matter is, The receptionist confessed he was the owner and admitted he didn't want to tell us he was because HE KNEW we were going to complain about our poorly treated dogs and take action regarding our horrifying experience. He was talking over us, rude, disrespectful? Inconsiderate, disregarded everything we said, saying there's nothing we can do. He offered NOTHING TO US!!! That doesn't make up for the mental and physical abuse my dogs endured here. Had to pay for another wash bath and deep cleaning $250+ and a vet visit $250+ . Definitely a unethical man and company. This is malicious, to do so wrong! And deny it or take no blame! Never going here again!!! And we have retained counsel, will definitely be taking this matter further to all licensing agencies, humane societies, and any entity enabling a place like this to be open. Enough is Enough! We dropped them off the first week of August 2022, we receive we them back then, in the similar manner, but returned from a 6 day vacation, and paid over $750+ for boarding, and felt maybe it was a mistake and said nothing. But this is not normal! This is technically the 3rd time this place has been unethical, unprofessional, and damaging to us. The first time our Frenchie was dropped off for wash, and nail clipping; one of his complete nail was clipped off and he was given to us bleeding, nothing was mentioned to us. They denied knowing how to clip nails and didn't even offer any type ff credit or consideration and swept it under the rug. There is a long history! Unexpected nightmare. Sent my dogs here for 2+ weeks. Dogs were extremely sick (coughing, low energy) during pickup. Owner Carlos tried to offer me some medicine of his own. - no thanks! My dogs were ok on the way home, so I avoided the hospital. They didn't eat, drink and kept coughing / vomiting all night. Took them to Gateway Animal Hospital next day, doc recommended z rays, over night stays... So I called owner Carlos who claims to be a retired vet, you can imagine where that conversation end up. Overall, disorganized business, dirty facility, under staff (not even sure they had people taking large dogs out)and disrespectful owner. Lawsuit coming. read more

I was leery of the new ownership, as I was very happy with the old owner, but I am glad Ninja and I stuck it out. We are both very pleased with the improvements to the facility as well as the quality of the care and the staff. All changes have been for the better. To the person who said the pricing increased 50%, that is absolutely not true. Daycare pricing stayed the same and I believe boarding has only increased 5%, while the actual boarding facility has improved, with more space for the dogs. This place is spotless and they are insistent that all dogs be up to date on their shots to try and prevent incidences of illness to the best of their ability. Just like sending your kids to school, your dog may come home with a random illness that you absolutely cannot protect them from 100%. But they could have gotten it anywhere - the dog park, from a walk, you get the idea. That said, Ninja has never gotten ill from being here, under either owner - in fact, he is a much happier dog because he can socialize and be with other people and dogs. I am very particular about where I leave my dog and I feel more than comfortable leaving him here. The fact that the new owner is a vet is a huge plus in my book, but all the staff is great and are very caring But most importantly, my dog is still thrilled to go here and still jumps out of bed as soon as I say "Wanna go to camp"? And that is really all I can ask for! Thank you to the new team at Pet Dynasty for making my life easier and Ninja's so much fun! read more

I have to tell you I have been brining my French Bulldog LULU here for well over a year and a half. She's always very excited when we get out of the car and RUNS to the door. I even have had her put on her brakes upon leaving, indicating she did not want to leave. Lulu has so much fun. Carlos and Natalie and all the others we talk to have nothing but the most love and care for your pets. I find it a relief, my dog goes there and she acts like its Disneyland. I had gone to another facility and I would pick her up and she would shake that she was scared. This day care and boarding facility is under new ownership so I took advantage of the open house they hosted. It was great to meet the new owners and tour the facility. The facility is clean, does not smell (like some kennels do) and the staff is extremely welcoming, nice and competent. They have very nice kennels in place for the large and small dogs and there is even a new cattery going in! Since that visit, I have taken my Aussie for day care and boarding several times and have always felt comfortable leaving her there. I am able to watch her through the cameras Pet Dynasty has set up which is a huge piece of mind. The staff absolutely loves her and she is always happy to stay when I drop her off. UPDATE AGAIN: The reply from the owner or whoever that is, is incorrect; not to mention the most generic reply ever. How do you even know who we are? Who our dog was? Bring our pups in again? Really? I have no idea how a refund could be confirmed from over a year ago. You use a Square POS (point of sale) machine, and that information can't be checked. If so, I'd like proof that the refund was processed via photo or screenshot. It's impossible since those systems cannot show whether a refund has been completed. We are still owed appx $50 for a full refund which we were told we'd receive because we were apologized to because there was "NO GOOD REASON WHY YOUR DOG SHOULD HAVE BEEN CRATED THE WHOLE TIME", and from being overcharged for an overnight when it was only for a few hours. I'm also less than thrilled that this reply suggests you're "redeemed" from the overcharge, the refund, in addition to the poor care. read more

I have been meaning to write a review for some time now. My husky has been coming here for almost 2 years with absolute zero issues. She has become best friends with many of the staff members and also a lot of the regular dogs that are there often. She even cries at home on days that i don't bring her. As well the staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about dog behavior and also conditions that dogs can develop due to stress of being in a new environment and how to handle it. Not to mention they have a few rescue dogs on long term boarding which they are boarding them for free while they are waiting to find a new home. With late notice I was able to bring my dog in for daycare. The receptionist was so polite over the phone and welcoming when we showed up. My pup was taken back to a kennel pending an evaluation and I filled out a short questionnaire. The place is clean. There are video screens in the lobby where parents can watch their fur babies in the play area and kennels. My pup got to play with other dogs and was very happy when I picked her up. Our dog Parker loves pet dynasty. We take here there about 3 times a week for daycare and board her if we ever go out of town. The owner is very friendly and sweet to our crazy Jack Russell mix and she feels welcomed there. After leaving our dog here for 2 days, we picked up a limping dog and the staff failed to notify us that our dog had sustained an injury even after he was visibly in pain.
