    I'm so happy I brought my old puppy guy here. I call him that cause he's old, but has a puppy soul. Anyway, I believe the groomers name was Cindy, and she did an AMAZING job. She made Kodie look so adorable with the puppy face teddy bear cut, idk what it's called exactly. Usually, I always have him shaved down since no one can ever get the style I want. I've always taken Kodie to PetsFart, but I've been looking to switch & want to support a local small business. I've always seen Pet Dynasty when I drive on the 680, so I decided to give them a call and I'm so happy I did. This is a quality job that you won't get at a corporate big chain store or grooming salon. I highly recommend Pet Dynasty & Cindy, they had Kodie looking like a star! Thank you Pet Dynasty!

    If I could have done zero stars I would have. Let me start by saying DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. I boarded my Saint Bernard here with the assumption that they would have my very fluffy pup in ac his entire stay considering the simple fact that it was 94 degrees when I dropped him off. I paid for him to stay for 8 days...however on day 4 I was notified that he had developed hot spots and needed to go to the vet. Long story short my dog got extremely sick from being in their extreme temperates- this facility does not run the air conditioner for your pets at night (who knows if it's ran at all). After an $1100 vet bill to treat my extremely sick dog...this place has the audacity to keep my money for the rest of his stay on top of everything else despite the fact that he was picked up days early because of their irresponsible care! They claim that the hot spot was from allergies...and "not their fault" however...my dog has been completely fine since leaving their facility! Allergies don't miraculously disappear like that. I am appalled by not only their care for my dog but their awful customer service! The manager/owner should not be running a pet facility. He has no problem running his business and treating his customers complely inhumane! This is what I picked my poor 8 month old puppy looking like, and still they kept hundreds of dollars I did not owe them.

    My husband and I will definitely bring our dog back to Pet Dynasty! The new owner was very personable and gave us a tour of the new cattery they are adding. During our trip we were able to check in on our dog using their online camera service. We were able to see the employees play with our dog and all the other pups in the kennel. The new owner has added a lot of great upgrades. Overall, our experience was GREAT, and I would recommend Pet Dynasty to anymore looking for a kennel for their pets!

    I took my dog Mack there for a full grooming service and he looks fantastic! Usually take him to Petsmart, but will be taking him to Pet Dynasty going forward! I highly recommend taking your dog here for grooming. Cindy did a great job! I will be recommending it for anyone who asks me. Thank you Update- another great haircut from Cindy today! Will continue to come here. Highly recommend!

    Pet Dynasty. Where do I start? How is this place licensed or permissible to be open for business??? This review is no Different then the many other people who have suffered an experience like us! Took my puppies for boarding for 4 nights. A last minute drop off as we had to leave to LA in an emergency. Picked them up. And WOW!!! Heartbreaking!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED!!! . My FRENCHIES ear was sliced open with multiple lacerations. He has slashes all over his face. His paws were also cut open. He had multiplier lacerations on he head, ear, and paw! Where was the supervision during play time??? His mouth is ruined. It hurts when he chews. Poor puppy squealed when I gave him a treat. My German shepherd is LIMPING. They both look miserable and traumatized. Deprived of food! It was obvious they had not been fed, stomachs stuck to their back and ribs showing. My poor babies. DO NOT GO LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE!!! The owner is a retired vet with zero compassion, empathy, ethics, or consideration for our dogs or us as owners. We had to keep them in the garage because they were so filthy. We couldn't let them in the house. They were very contaminated. They were drenched and covered in urine, a lot of urine. Their collars, their leashes, their bag was all drenched in Urine. Were they let out to pee? Did they pee in their cages and no one cleaned it? Did they sleep and live in their fecies and urine for 4 days? Did other dogs pee on them?! We will never know how they were cared for from the moment if drop off!!! That is the agony we have to live with. Called pet dynasty asked to speak to the owner. The "receptionist" said the owner wasn't in. After expressing my concerns and saying we want to talk to the owner constantly. How serious this matter is, The receptionist confessed he was the owner and admitted he didn't want to tell us he was because HE KNEW we were going to complain about our poorly treated dogs and take action regarding our horrifying experience. He was talking over us, rude, disrespectful? Inconsiderate, disregarded everything we said, saying there's nothing we can do. He offered NOTHING TO US!!! That doesn't make up for the mental and physical abuse my dogs endured here. Had to pay for another wash bath and deep cleaning $250+ and a vet visit $250+ . Definitely a unethical man and company. This is malicious, to do so wrong! And deny it or take no blame! Never going here again!!! And we have retained counsel, will definitely be taking this matter further to all licensing agencies, humane societies, and any entity enabling a place like this to be open. Enough is Enough! We dropped them off the first week of August 2022, we receive we them back then, in the similar manner, but returned from a 6 day vacation, and paid over $750+ for boarding, and felt maybe it was a mistake and said nothing. But this is not normal! This is technically the 3rd time this place has been unethical, unprofessional, and damaging to us. The first time our Frenchie was dropped off for wash, and nail clipping; one of his complete nail was clipped off and he was given to us bleeding, nothing was mentioned to us. They denied knowing how to clip nails and didn't even offer any type ff credit or consideration and swept it under the rug. There is a long history! And it will all come out in the court room.

Roy at PawPaw is truly amazing and the only person I trust. I came home to a beautiful, clean and better dog than when I left!! It's like she remembers her early training again-- she sits on command, is quiet on command (now HOW did you do that??!!) and is just perfect!! Holy cow!! Roy sends pictures and videos every day so you know that she is safe and happy. I loved seeing her "tucked in" at night with the other pups. I don't trust anyone else with my dog other than family and Roy. Thank you for taking such great care of my dog. I appreciate it more than you know.

Somehow we found Hailey and called her and explained our situation and she accommodated us. Our child, Peter, is high energy dog . She told us to bring him in and she will evaluate. When I brought him in I was worried and had to tell her again that he is high energy to make sure everything would be ok. She met him and took him in and made sure I left feeling confident. She told me if he was uncomfortable she would take him home with her so he would be able to sleep. 100% would recommend Hailey. Outstanding to see how she handles all types of dogs and their behaviors to accommodate them and make them and their parents feel safe.

I reached out to Hailey after a positive referral. During our initial visit, she was very professional and helpful, and the facility seemed well run. We ultimately chose a home-based daycare for our 6-month-old puppy and canceled well in advance. In October 2025, I paid a $855 deposit via Zelle to reserve boarding and requested a refund after canceling. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the refund would be processed. I was later informed that the refund had been sent to the wrong person and would be corrected, with a commitment that it would be completed by February 18, 2026. Unfortunately, I never received it, and there has been no resolution since. I've attempted to follow up via phone (calls are no longer being accepted), WhatsApp (messages are read but not responded to), and email, but have not received any response. At this point, I am still waiting on the refund and have had to pursue formal channels to resolve this. I hope this can be resolved promptly.
