We've experienced both home visits and office visits for a cat and a dog and been more than impressed with the service. Chris is our primary veterinarian and he is amazing, but we've also worked with Mel and she is equally great. I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly to any animal lover.

The premises are modern and welcoming - more like a private doctors surgery than a vets waiting room which left me concerned about what my bill would be like but I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the invoice - much less than I am used to paying!! Never was the suggestion made that as it was only a hen why not put her down, she was treated as though she was an expensive pedigree. If you have poultry or any animal, you will receive fantastic service from all the staff here

I've used this practice since it opened and can't recommend it highly enough…read more My cats have all (that makes me sound like a Mad Cat Lady!) been rescues without a clean MOT between them, and the staff have always been kind and gentle despite scratching, spittimg, shouting, stealth urinating....you name it, my pets have pretty much done it to everyone here and it's all been met with unreal levels of zen serenity. Even as Fluffikins tries to tear Kevin's (chief fluffy-whisperer at AV) face off, he is gentle, practical and works round individual circumstances to find solutions. And when it comes to the difficult decisions I know their priority is doing the right thing by my pet. It's an aspect we don't like to think about for obvious reasons but it's a really vital one, and I trust every vet in this practice to guide me to the right decision. Then mop up the bawling. Tl;dr Fantastic practice; kind, helpful and trustworthy. Couldn't be better. PC.

They dealt with her ultimate death and the death of two of our cats with respect and kindness, which is the hardest part of being a pet owner. We were always very happy with wait times for appointments--they were often able to see us the same day for pressing matters. The knowledge and honesty of their vets was vast, and always appreciated. I highly recommend their Redhill and Reigate practices to anyone who loves their animals.

The vet wanted to cut of the blood supply to my cats mouth lucky for us we was also seeing a specialist vet elsewhere and they was quick to put a stop to this by telling this incompetent vet that you should not do this for obvious reasons. Furthermore my cat had been bleeding from her mouth for 4 years they did not give her steroid, i went to a different vets they gave her steroid and the 4 years of bleeding stopped. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! you will put your pet in danger.
