I will always trust these vets with my pets. They are very informative and caring. The reception has a "cat waiting room" which is a little space away from the dogs- useful since our cats are not dog friendly. If you ever have to use the out of hours service they are friendly and very helpful and don't make you feel like a worry wart. My insurance claims have all been dealt with efficiently and we're always met with a friendly face. They get really busy, and might occasionally run behind but you expect emergencies in a place that does everything. read more

Not sure why the other reviews are only one star. This practice is full of experienced and very helpful staff. Nothing is a problem. They are always very helpful on the phone and will pass you on to another qualified person to discuss your animals condition if required. They can be very busy as so many people go to them so early booking if possible is a must, although they will fit you in if urgent. Best vets in Egham! read more

Expensive vets! This vets surgery seems to be by far the most expensive around and certainly not the best. My fathers dog went there for some tests to be done and we were promised she would be first on the list as she was so scared and stressed, we were also told she'd be ready to come home within a couple of hours (she arrived at 8am) they did not release her until 6pm despite numerous phone calls to them and only ended up releasing her when we turned up and demanded her back. Sadly she died an hour later, according to the test results she should of been ok and still we wonder if it was due to the stress. read more

I had a truly awful experience with them. They didn't explain what could be wrong with our pet or what we could expect. All we got after a couple of days that he spent there was a huge bill and a pet already too ill to be saved, although they said he's better. When we went to a good vet, who gave us all the explanations about a very common ill, it was already too late for our pet. I now see clearly that their interest was the money not us or our pet. read more
