All of the vets and the practice nurses are extremely helpful and kind and I get the feeling that they genuinely love their jobs. There is plenty of parking available and although the waiting room is quite small (make sure your pets are securely caged or on leads) the appointment system seems to mean that there are never more than two people waiting at any one time.

On the whole they are friendly and helpful but have found that on occasion the phone is answered by someone (a nurse I believe) who is offhand and difficult. Longer opening hours would be an advantage, as would weekend cover by the same practice. It is a cosy little place, can often be very busy and disorganised, and the waiting room carpet reeks of dog, I always find myself wondering why it doesn't have a washable floor.

The reception…read morehas a "cat waiting room" which is a little space away from the dogs- useful since our cats are not dog friendly. If you ever have to use the out of hours service they are friendly and very helpful and don't make you feel like a worry wart. My insurance claims have all been dealt with efficiently and we're always met with a friendly face. They get really busy, and might occasionally run behind but you expect emergencies in a place that does everything.

For my surprised, the VET went for holidays, and the reception doesn't know what to say to me apart to PAY AGAIN for another consultation with another VET.
