Absolute Worst..... I'm over here from LA living. It's very important to my fiancé and I to find a…read morevet for our pet Brooking. I found this veterinary office. It directed me to book online with the Brentwood location as we need Brooking up to date with one of his vaccinations as well as pet passport for pending business travel. They emailed us to inform us that they were switching us to the Upminster location as that was the one that had the correct vets to do these things. I called them to confirm as they requested and gave again all the information I filled online per their request. Confident we were booked that day for a 1:15pm appointment at the Upminster location. I should mention they emailed us this the night before and I called that morning. So we go and we arrive early 1:09pm and because of the current Covid restrictions we wait in car. I do tell my fiancé to call them. He's does and they at first have no recollection of our appointment but then find. They tell us to wait in car and they will have vet call us then they will come get Brooking from the car. Minutes roll by I see people coming and going. Someone who arrives at 1:20pm has their dog taken by 1:30 which was there appointment. It's now 1:50pm and I'm getting ticked. My guy rings them and just as a women who works there comes running up what's your name. We are parked right out front she passed us by asking other people first. We tell her and she says they have been trying to call us. Absolutely untrue when we've received calls whilst waiting. She says she'll try us again right now to answer and we confirm they have correct number. Minutes go by still no call and so we call her she finally puts us on hold for vet. This call is beyond ridiculous. The woman starts by saying why are you here. And then immediately cuts my guy off to ask a series of questions about Brooking. Mind you I went over this when I confirmed that morning via call we confirmed again when we arrived and now going threw yet again. All I can say about this place rude and bad customer service. They don't seem to know who you are or why you've brought your pet. Worst they don't seem to care. The vet seemed very unintelligent. She didn't convey that our pet would be in capable hands with them. After the call she tells us to come bring him to the door she will meet us. We sit there feeling very uncomfortable discussing should we leave our pet with her and cannot. She approaches the car and we tell her as much. I don't know what kinda operation these people are running but it isn't reassuring in such uncertain times. I don't recommend any of these locations of Veterinary offices. She also had said they couldn't do the pet passport any longer as now you do pet certificate 10days before your travel which is fine. This was why we were switched by Brentwood office to this location. She also repeated herself over and over on the phone. It got quite Frustrating. I said we would get later when closer to the business trip but still wanted vaccination he was due. We could of just stayed at Brentwood location as it was a 2pm appointment. This whole experience as a whole was just not on in any regard and I would never recommend this place and we are seeking a much better veterinarian for Brooking. In a few words UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE.

We used Hill Park vets for over 30 years firstly at Harold Hill then at Elm Park. We never had any…read moreissues as thankfully all of our pets were relatively healthy. Then sadly our 3 year old Cockapoo become very Ill. It's a very long story but he was misdiagnosed and after a lot of different medication which wasn't working, we took the advise of our insurance company vet and had him castrated. This did work and the health issues he was having cleared up. A year later he become unwell again and again lots of medication which didn't work. Hill park seemed very tunnel visioned assuming is was a reoccurance of his previous condition . Eventually he became so sick was transfered to a amimal hospital, who correctly diagnosed his condition. Sadly at this stage it was too late for a recovery and he had to be put to sleep. I really regret not getting a second opinion from a different vet practise but I what made all this so much worse was our treatment afterwards. Our dog died on the 1/12/2021, it took many phone calls and emails to finally get Hill park to complete my insurance forms in Feb 2021. We were treated as if we were a nuisance and was spoken to with rudeness and impatience. We were devasted after losing our dog but the reality was it was also causing us financial hardship because of the lack of speed getting the insurance money espcially during covid and over the Christmas holiday. Eventually when the forms were completed, one was incorrectly filled out, Hill Park claimed to have treated our dog for aneroxia which wasn't true. The animal hospital he went to, had to treat him with a feed tube at that stage because he was so gravely ill. The person who filled out the form at Hillview admitted that because the vet was on holiday she had just copied the other animal hospitals form. This meant that I didn't get paid out £1200 of the insurance costs. Despite many more phone calls, emails, letters of complaint I have just been ghosted and ignored. They have tried to justify there misdiagnoses by trying to tie up his two conditions which were completely unrelated. They have shown no compassion, no respect and have been completely unprofessional when it comes to customer care. The Irony of this situation Is that you can't walk out of the door at Hill Park without paying your bill but they can hold on to your insurance claim for months. I now use another vets and the difference in the care we receive is striking and it costs the same and insurance claims are settled in a matter of days.
