In the short space of time we have been visiting The Animal Clinic everyone has been welcoming, understanding, friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly, we lost our first puppy very early after he was hit be a car, The Animal Clinic we so thoughtful, caring and kind to us. I remember saying to my husband, I'm so glad we found this vets as they have been great with us. Happily, we recently rehomed a puppy and again the staff have been brilliant. I cannot praise them enough. Initially, I chose The Animal Clinic because of practical things ie free car parking, easy access and clean, modern building, but since visiting them they have surpassed all expectations. Never was the suggestion made that as it was only a hen why not put her down, she was treated as though she was an expensive pedigree. We were of course pleased that she was OK but when we put our concerns in writing we received a very rude letter back from the so-called 'customer service manager' who told us she should have raised concerns in person not via a letter and that she had sent our documents that we would need to move surgeries! Disgraceful 'professionalism', avoid at all costs.

I like that this is a small practice with staff who genuinely care about the animals rather than profit which can be a problem with some of the larger chain type of practices. I have always managed to get a same day appointment when needed one of my cats is often getting himself into scrapes and has needed quite a few visits over the years. I do find this to be a lovely friendly caring place and we will continue to use it for as long as we have animals.

They dealt with her ultimate death and the death of two of our cats with respect and kindness, which is the hardest part of being a pet owner. We were always very happy with wait times for appointments--they were often able to see us the same day for pressing matters. The knowledge and honesty of their vets was vast, and always appreciated. I highly recommend their Redhill and Reigate practices to anyone who loves their animals.
