Having spent over ten years at this vet without any trouble we found ourselves with a £700 vet bill to have our cat tested when she had upset stomach and a wheeze. Worried for our cat we reluctantly consented, only to be told that she actually had gastroentiritis. We were of course pleased that she was OK but when we put our concerns in writing we received a very rude letter back from the so-called 'customer service manager' who told us she should have raised concerns in person not via a letter and that she had sent our documents that we would need to move surgeries!
