Never was the suggestion made that as it was only a hen why not put her down, she was treated as though she was an expensive pedigree. They saved my Boston Terrier's sight, and helped me get…read morethrough a very difficult period with my dying Boxer, and did everything they could to keep her going. They dealt with her ultimate death and the death of two of our cats with respect and kindness, which is the hardest part of being a pet owner. We were always very happy with wait times for appointments--they were often able to see us the same day for pressing matters. The knowledge and honesty of their vets was vast, and always appreciated. I highly recommend their Redhill and Reigate practices to anyone who loves their animals.

Even as Fluffikins tries to tear Kevin's (chief fluffy-whisperer at AV) face off, he is gentle, practical and works round individual circumstances to find solutions. And when it comes to the difficult decisions I know their priority is doing the right thing by my pet. It's an aspect we don't like to think about for obvious reasons but it's a really vital one, and I trust every vet in this practice to guide me to the right decision. Then mop up the bawling.
