Went to this vet cabinet easipetcare ,booked an appointment after consultation done for my 2…read morerabbits to be castrated.Went on the appointment day and find out that is no appointment done for one of my rabbit, although I have specific said that I wish to have one appointment for this for 2rabbits,in the end managed to have them both castrated at this vet clinic,but one of them has been delivered death due apparently to an internal bleeding.I really hate myself for going in this miserable vet clinic and I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Having taken my dog to a consultant and back to our previous vets numerous times, we had all but given up on finding a solution. However, the Vet at CCV had come across this condition before and had also worked with a Dermatologist so he was able to make confident suggestions. The Practice itself is based in Pets At Home, so no problem with parking and handy if there a non prescription remedies required or a good boy treat on the way out!

The reception staff are efficient and the vets are very professional. We recently found a stray cat, and took it in to be check for an identity chip. The practice nurse helped us out, and there was no charge for that service. The hospital itself is purpose-built and very clean, and there's a car park (although it's a bit on the small side). Every single time I go my very anxious cats are delayed by at least 30 minutes, sometimes as long as an hour, sat waiting outside for their appointment. And every single time (over a year and many appointments to deal with allergies) blood work, results, prescriptions etc have been delayed which causes further harm to my pets. like I say, some of the vets are wonderful but I am changing vets finally after a year of trying to get anything on time when my cats are ill and in need of treatment. It's unacceptable service and wait time compared to many other vets out there. If you have a cat who is nervous at the vet, I would think twice about going here.
