She went today to pick up Skye's remains along with her paw print. To her surprise, they never made her paw print! My mom is completely beside herself. And I am feeling so guilty because I found these people. We have paw prints of all of dogs that have passed away. And now they don't have Skye's. The best part is, they asked her if she put her request in writing. Which she did, and she had proof of that. Not that anything could bring sweet Skye back, but offering a piece of jewelry for her ashes is less than accommodating. I would NEVER recommend this company.
