Higher than a clinic at a pet store, but reasonable. They did a great check-up on her and tried to put her at ease. They addressed my concerns and noticed things other vets said not to worry about. Barring her medicine, the price was about what I expected. As another review noted, they do give a $10 "medical waste" removal which, in my case, was Q-tips. I would've gladly thrown them out myself and saved $10, but what can ya do. They also offer a $25 discount for referrals, which is lovely. It's a bit of a trek for me, but this is where I'm taking my pup from now on.

The intake was good with the assistant who had questions about Lola and when I met with the doctor she was very kind and compassionate and told me it could be anxiety gave me some anxiety tablets for her to take and shared some products that she uses for her cats concerning the questions I had asked. I love that she didn't try to push for other things that was asked if I wanted to try which was blood work and x rays she told just try the tablets and give her about two weeks in a small area to decompress with the new move.

I was heartbroken, but the staff at Little Neck Veterinary Care couldn't be more kind, compassionate, and understanding. We decided to bring her home, and let her live her life as comfortably as possible. About a week later we realized that Bacon's health was declining, and that it was time to say goodbye. This was extremely hard for me since I had Bacon before my daughter and my husband. The staff were so kind, and made the process as gentle on us as possible. They created a memorial keepsake with her paw print in sand. They also included patches of her fur, and they made sure to include all of her colors. Not only that, they sent a beautiful, handwritten sympathy card. I know it's old fashioned, but it also shows that they care. That action took time, and they didn't have to do that, but they did. I will take my other cats there, any future pets, and I'll recommend other pet parents to this vet.
