I was crying my…read moreeyes out and calling every single number I could find and to my surprise, almost everything was for a cremation. I wanted to find a place to bury my fur baby. I randomly came across Resting Pet's number and Justine came to our rescue. She just seemed so calming that we kept calling her back with questions and she respectfully answered everything. She said that they were an agency that will walk us through this process with whatever we chose. She gave us all of our options and worked with our budget. She came right away to pick up our baby and was just so incredibly comforting, respectful and grieved with us. She went to the cemetery, did all the necessary paperwork, picked out his plot, gravestone, and sent us pictures throughout the week so that we felt like we were in on the whole process without having to do any of the actual work. It gave us time to grieve fully without having to go through the details of how to bury him, which would've just broken us down even more. She was absolutely amazing. She even picked a plot with another girl fur baby next to him so that he wouldn't be alone. Even after paying the agency for their services, she attended his funeral and cried with us. She didn't have to come but she still came and truthfully she barely charged us anything for everything that she did. She even gifted us with any additional writings we wanted to engrave on his headstone. The burial was the most peaceful and respectful process. We left the burial feeling as if he was truly at peace. I couldn't recommend them enough. Her heart is truly in this and this isn't just for business. They truly hold your hand and walk you through this process. I can not recommend them enough. I have two more pets, and whenever their time may come, I know exactly who will be there for us, holding our hands through it all. Thank you so much for helping us.

I came across Compassionate Care Pet Aquamation Inc and spoke with Jim about their options on what to do with their beloved Skye. My mom selected the urn she wanted and the package for her paw print. She went today to pick up Skye's remains along with her paw print. To her surprise, they never made her paw print! My mom is completely beside herself. And I am feeling so guilty because I found these people. We have paw prints of all of dogs that have passed away. And now they don't have Skye's. The best part is, they asked her if she put her request in writing. Which she did, and she had proof of that. Not that anything could bring sweet Skye back, but offering a piece of jewelry for her ashes is less than accommodating. I would NEVER recommend this company. UPDATE: Before posting his reply Alan asked me to update or remove my review, but time got away from me. I do want to point out that his "version" is not necessarily the whole truth. As I stated before, when my mom arrived at their facility to retrieve Skye's remains...they neglected to do her paw print impression like she requested. I scheduled a visitation at 11 AM for my best friend of 12 1/2 years. After taking care of the payment and paperwork I was led to the visitation room, The moment I laid eyes on the deceased I turned and said that's not my dog to which I was met by that's not possible, I tapped my phone and said this is Eli that is not. I was left in the room with the unknown deceased dog until I went outside to collect myself. I was then told they were on the phone with the vet to figure out where Eli is. They finally said Eli was there but due to human error Eli was already cremated. I was supposed to see my best friend for the last time today, Instead I was traumatized for life and will never know who I actually brought home. I am disabled and unable to work Eli was my heart and world instead of seeing my best friend and kissing his head for the last time I will always question whether or not it was my baby I brought home. Final gift you should be ashamed of yourselves it feels like my baby boy died all over again today. Just so you can see this is my handsome boy that you stole the opportunity from me to say my final goodbye, this was my best friend, the damage you did is immeasurable.
