Did not think it could get worse. Charged me again and just didn't show up! Their rating has to be fake. Horrible service and company

I love this company! William is my usual tech and he always does a great job, and especially remembers to text me that he is 5 mins out so I can close the doggy door. He's quick, thorough and friendly. I recommend Pet Butler to all, they've really helped me!! read more

Pet Butler does a good job, keeps our backyard clean every week. However, they keep changing the day that they come.

Price was good but that its. Service is horrible. I have used this service before and it was fine. They would use a step latter or bucket to unlock my gate. With the first visit I left the gate unlocked to be nice and the tech did not latch the gate when he left. My dogs almost got out. Called and its was kind out read a script say sorry and nothing changes. On top of that only 1/2 the wast was removed. Then on the 2nd visit tech shows and takes off I check my cameras and he barely try's to unlock the gate and takes off. Does not call me or even try to ring the bell. We are always home. I call to complain and guy comes back. Same issue so I go outside and show him how to unlock the gate. Tell him he left the gate unlocked last time. Just stares at me, who cares. Then he only spends 4-5 min if that when he tells me 15 min. Barley cleans anything. See photos and then leaves not saying anything. This is after calling 3 times. Then he does not even put the lock back on the gate. They have done fine in the past after 2 years not sure what changed. I asked to cancel and so far they wont even refund my money. Sure they will come with some BS like it's my fault. I would avoid this company at all costs. I already contacted another company and can tell a difference. I will also contact BBB. If you refund my money I will remove this review. Pretty sure you wont. read more

We moved into our new house at the end of September and hired Pet Butler right away. They came out twice, did a great job. The third time, I got a text saying my service was started but I was standing in my back yard and there was nobody here. I called to figure out what was going on and after two days of back and forth, the tech (Kyler? couldn't quite understand the name) had told his boss that they were dealing with a "large accumulation of waste" which is why it didn't get picked up. Yet it was all picked up the first two times. Talked to the owner of this location and he said the tech said there was a large accumulation from the beginning. We moved in and had the services start the next week so clearly that was impossible. They did offer a refund but the whole thing was super unprofessional. Wouldn't trust these guys to go in your yard unattended. If they will lie, they will steal. read more

Always fast, friendly and professional! They consistently do a thorough job and let me know when they arrive.

As usual Pet Butler does an amazing job cleaning up my yard. I am very pleaser with their services and highly recommend them to anyone that needs help in the backyard. read more

At first they were okay. We had to have them come back out multiple times. This time I saw him out there for less than 3 min and left. I have Two Rottweilers, no way he did the job.in 3 min. read more

I've had several people clean up my backyard since I've been with your company. They all did a phenomenal job. I have no complaints.

Unfortunately, we had to part ways with Pet Butler after being a customer for 12+ years. We were notified they would no longer be able to service our yard two times per week, and our service day was being changed. When I called to inquire, they as told the service area had changed, and our service was no longer an option. Once we found a new company to do business with, we can really see the quality of service we were receiving with Pet Butler has been sub par for many years. So much waste had been missed (we assumed it was due to the size of our property and never brought it to their attention), however, our new company has shown us that was not the case. read more

This place is so rough to work with. We scheduled a first time service to try them out and see if we wanted to have their service regularly. We scheduled for Friday 9/19, they didn't show. My husband calls and asks what the heck is going on? They said their people forgot since we were a new house and they'd come out next week on Friday- well Friday comes and we have terrible weather and they cancel- completely understandable. They reschedule for Wednesday 10/1. No show AGAIN! We call and ask them what is going on and again are met with... oh we didn't see it on our schedule but we see it now, we will reschedule. We asked for a discount for the now 3 weeks of extra waiting and terrible customer service and were told "we don't do that" and we can cancel the service that we had already paid for or just wait. We said well we've waited this long, what's another 3 days - so they said they will be out Friday 10/3. To our biggest surprise THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP! Only giving them a 2 star because once they finally did come out to service our yard they didn't do too bad of a job. But the communication and rudeness of the customer service representatives is simply unacceptable. We will not be using them again and would not recommend. read more

Its a good service when they show up. Terrible communication. Pay extra to get notified and I dont get notified. They dont call to say they will not make appointment. I have to call them to find out what's going on. read more

Buyer beware. I came in contact with Pet Butler via a referral, so I guess they do have the ability to do good work, just not for me. I was notified that the pet butler was at my home, but I was confused because my back camera did not pick up anything. When I got home, no poop had been removed. I watched the front camera and saw the guy pull up, walk to gate, then go back and sit in the car for 4 minutes before leaving. When I reported this, they tried to not give me my money back. Yikes. read more

I hate leaving negative reviews. But If I could give this company a 0, I would. I received a promo in the mail and hired this company to help with the dog waste in my backyard. No one showed up the week they were supposed to, and when I would call for updates, they couldn't give me a straight answer. The same thing happened the following week, and I am still not receiving a straight answer on when I will be receiving service. I suggest shopping around for other companies because this company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL *owner did not reach out to me until I called the company after not receiving service again* *owner did not apologize, he just said "he dropped the ball twice on my service" read more

I have been with Pet Butler for several years. The guy that comes out is Very Special. He leaves the gate open and the dogs have gotten out multiple times. When he comes he never gets all the poop up. I took pictures this time after he left. Once he found out he had to come back out. He started arguing with me through text. I don't want to argue with anyone. I just want him to do his job correctly!! When you call into the office they are very nice, However the commutation with the worker is not clear. Why is the poop guy texting me wanting to argue with me over coming back out to do his job correctly I'm not happy with Pet Butler's services!! read more

Pet Butler is consistent reliable they do their job well. I would, however, prefer that they contact me when a credit card isn't working instead of just not coming. read more

I love Pet Butler! They are prompt and reliable, and have been from the very first time they came to the house. The yard is free of poop and we are free of flies! Yaaaay! read more

This is a service that is not just a nice to have, but a MUST HAVE! With our busy schedules, the week goes by so quickly and it's wonderful to know that this annoying mess is cleaned up each week without us needing to worry about it. Plus, we added the deodorizer option, so there's no smell! Highly recommended. read more

I've used the Pet Butler service for a number of years now, and while we have had several different employees service our yard, our current attendant, Juan, has done an incredible job! I've read some of the other posts - and couldn't agree more. I choose to pay for this service, and am very happy with the weekly results! read more

We ended up being caught up in a road rage incident with one of these trucks. It was scary, especially with my young kids in the car. Luckily I caught the whole thing on our dash cam and already sent it to the main company. He started honking at us 2 seconds after the light turned green (as per the time stamp on the video) and once he illegally drove past us on the shoulder he flipped us off. If you are in the queen creek area I wouldn't trust them. If they have a road rage problem I wouldn't want them in my yard or being around my animals. read more

Awesome job cleaning up after my two furries. Without getting graphic, there was a bit of a "mess" on my patio, and when the scooping job was complete, there was no evidence if any previous "mess". read more

To date we have been very satisfied with the service. I paid extra to have a phone call from the person servicing my mother's yard as her dog doesn't like strangers and we want to ensure that he is in the house. I'm not always available to answer their call but I have to say they have called every week and have been extremely polite when leaving their message. My mother's yard is always clean. Thank you to all the people who have been servicing her yard!! read more

Pet Butler is awesome. They're affordable and do a great job. Juan takes care of my yard and he's always on time, polite, in uniform with the company truck and I get a text when he gets started. My nieces get to play in a poop free yard and I don't have to worry about it! Thanks Juan and Pet Butler! read more

I do not recommend. I had this service in WA for many years and it was amazing. Always consistent. Down here in AZ it is a mess. Plus there is a new owner now in which has no customer service skills. They can not commit to consistency. read more

They are awesome. We never have to worry about a smelly or messy yard, or trying to find the time to do it ourselves with our busy schedules. They always text me before, and do really quick work! We could not be happier we started using this service!! read more

Great service! Highly recommend. Quality team and reliable. I wouldn't recommend any other waste removal service.

Always one time so far (3rd month in). Also I appreciate they give a quick notice before heading over. I think their deodorizer can be stronger or help deodorize more but overs so far so good with the service. read more

Dependable. Thorough job. Can postpone service as needed without penalty.

I've been a customer of Pet Butler for more than 5 years. They are extraordinarily dependable, reliable and professional!! They do a fantastic job, the rates are very reasonable and they have accommodated extra services in a timely manner. When one of my dogs died earlier this year they were so caring and sent a beautiful sympathy card that remains on my shelf. I can't imagine ever using anyone else. read more

We've had very good service with each technician. I would recommend Pet Butler!

Very professional and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I was recently in a car accident and with two active, hungry dogs, it was a getting difficult to keep my yard clean. I signed up with Pet Butler for poop scooping services and, while they've only been once so far, I'm happy to give them a 5 star rating. Signing up is easy, their website takes care to learn about your home, your pets and how best to service your yard, and you can opt to be notified by text of when they're there cleaning. The monthly cost is about as much as you would pay for any other type of cleaning service, maybe even less. Im extremely satisfied with Pet Butler's service and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking pet waste cleanup! read more

Just love the service. Reliable and great with the boys too! They truly are #1 in the #2 business.

I'm so happy I came across their ad on Facebook. She is amazing. She always calls 10 minutes prior to showing up and she gets in and gets out. Amazing, professional company. read more

Great Customer Service.. I had opportunity to talk to the team member who was picking up the yard today and let him know that we had lost one of dogs a few weeks ago. Tonight I got an email from the company a nice note of condolences. Along with a note they adjusted our account for just one pet. It was so great to experience good customer service! read more

Was kind of Skeptical to pay someone to come pick up my dog's poop but because I waited a couple months to deal with It, I decided to pay these folks to come out and clean everything up then I will start doing it daily. A guy came out within maybe 10 minutes he was done; he then left. A couple months worth of poop would take longer than that. I went out and observed poop everywhere. Called the company and they wanted to send the same guy back. I declined and requested a refund (114 dollars). I'm completely dissatisfied with this companies service. This was a week and a half ago. I have yet to get my refund!!! I will be charging it back through my bank! Thanks for nothing PET BUTLER! read more

Great service and the guy who comes is the sweetest!
