They came out within a couple of days to measure and emailed me a quote the same evening. Already knowing how reasonable their bid was going to be by what my neighbor told me she paid, the job was theirs. Keep in mind, my neighbor had given me the paver brochure so I knew exactly what I wanted when they came out to bid which sped up the bid process. They scheduled me for their soonest opening which was only about three weeks later. My job was completed in two days, the first for demolition and the second for the install. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. In fact, they started my job a day early after finishing another job. What really impressed me was the cleanup. They hauled everything away with their own trucks. They cleaned up the entire job site and even washed down the sand and debris in the street. I could not be happier with the results. I absolutely love my new driveway and entry. I highly recommend 3 Brothers Pavers.

They do not come and give prices, ask you for photos and give an "estimate" - which is probably loaded as most people will see job and give actual price. They did another large property of weed and thorn bush removal for 8 hours and only charged $580 for that so I do feel cheated. On questioning when finished as the job wasn't as much as they thought, they back track with fuel, insurance, labour costs etc. I don't know many unlicensed, uninsured people making $340 an hour pulling weeds! I wouldn't recommend them based on the fact they charge what they feel and don't do quotes on seen jobs but estimates based on photos.

Construction continued for 2 full weeks with a variety of crew members, equipment, and vehicles to get the job done right. They worked every day from 730/8AM to 5/6. We had hired him to trim the tree later in the week, but after the windstorm he re-arranged his schedule to pull us forward earlier in the week. We really appreciated this because the tree was dangerous to our home and our neighbors. They did an amazing job on our tree, and I'm sorry I don't have any pictures of that project. In 2020, we were written up by our HOA for overgrown aloe plants. I called several companies for quotes, and I decided to go with Landscape Guy when his quote was competitive with the other offers. He did us a solid favor the year earlier with the tree, and I trusted his work. We agreed on a day for the plant removal, and his team arrived in the morning. They were courteous and very thorough. In addition to removing the aloe plants, they also blew the front yard and carted off all the debris in our yard beyond the plants that they removed. They exceeded our expectations because we weren't expecting them to clean the seed, leaves and pods that had dropped from our neighbors tree onto our property. Regardless, once again they exceeded our expectations, and we'll be reaching out to them for a third possible project.

Once payment was received, there was little effort to address issues or stand behind the work. The grass they installed died within two months and despite multiple promises, Gardiel never returned to inspect or address the problem. In another area, the turf installation began sinking. Gardiel stated that he would repair it under warranty but never came back and eventually stopped returning my calls and messages. I ultimately had to hire another contractor to correct the poor workmanship. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
