To make matters worse, about two months later I received another bill for $75 claiming I still owed them money. I had to send them a copy of my signed contract showing that I had already paid the full $750 and owed nothing further. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily stressful during an already stressful home sale. Between being pressured into paying for treatment to obtain the clearance letter and then being incorrectly billed afterward, I cannot recommend Northwest Exterminating. I would encourage others to look for a company with more transparent business practices and better customer service.
