They can also tell you what type of bee/wasp/hornet made a hive, wooden paper cone and how to kill it and when to get a professional. Monday came and he didn't come nor did he call. I looked at my account and they charged me the fee for a service I never got. Jay called and asked if he could come out on Tuesday the following week and it was set, however, I called and told them I wasn't feeling well and asked them to reschedule this was on their answering machine. No one called and but on July 22 they charged me before service is even provided. The Columbus office is dishonest as they ripped me off.

I love in an apartment complex where I pay for pest control. Over the last few months, my Knox…read moretechnician has pretended to come into my apartment and do his preventative maintenence. (I also doubt he does the external maintenece as well as I have never seen so many bugs crawling around on our landing before.) Little does he know, I have cameras in my apartment that activate when the door opens. He has not set foot in my apartment in months but constanly lies about it and has even gone so far as to pretend to enter the apartment by sticking a service note saying service has been completed in my door WHILE I WAS HOME. He did not knock or anything. He just lied and pretended. If that wasn't enough, he has not sprayed inside the units in my entire building and I am starting to see pests that I have not seen in the several years I have lived here so I am pretty sure they were brought in by one of my new neighbors. This could have be avoided for me and rectified for my neighbors if he had just done his job! I wish I could put 0 stars! I have spent the past three weeks waiting for the assigned day that the technician returns to our complex for him to spray and even knowing that I have been complaining, he still refuses to do so. I am absolutely disgusted and disapponted that this company cares so little about performing the services they offer. I would also like to add that I am medically, actually allergic to the pests that are now seemingly trying to take over my apartment and no one seems to care.

I have always found Mr Tadlock to be polite and professional. I find his pricing to be fair. The major reason I have stayed with Mr Tadlock is that he is a caring man. He takes the time to know his customer and his field associates do also. I do not think the customer is just a payment due to him. Columbus is lucky to have Tadlock Pest Control and I hope this company continues for as long as I have a house.
