Jay called and asked if he could come out on Tuesday the following week and it was set, however, I called and told them I wasn't feeling well and asked them to reschedule this was on their answering machine. No one called and but on July 22 they charged me before service is even provided. The Columbus office is dishonest as they ripped me off.
