Jay called and asked if he could come out on Tuesday the following week and it was set, however, I called and told them I wasn't feeling well and asked them to reschedule this was on their answering machine. No one called and but on July 22 they charged me before service is even provided. The Columbus office is dishonest as they ripped me off.

I have always found Mr Tadlock to be polite and professional. I find his pricing to be fair. The major reason I have stayed with Mr Tadlock is that he is a caring man. He takes the time to know his customer and his field associates do also. I do not think the customer is just a payment due to him.
