The warranty was what surprised me most all. Then the billing was made simple also. He sent me an invoice attached with the different options on how to pay. Super friendly and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs help at anytime day or night.

I have been leaving voicemails on their answering machine and ANNE who answers the phone tells me that she has not gotten a single one...hard to believe, bc I just left one there and you saw a missed number from there and called me right back...... Another is ANNE kept asking for my work order number, which my warranty company just called her WITH and refused to work with me until I gave her it. But my Warranty company just gave her my information, my number and all. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone above her saying that was the owner. If so you just lost business b/c my Warranty company is been informed of your service charging me for one I should have NEVER had, you failed to fix my leak that was reported and shown to 2 other AC companies but your guy refused to look for one, and then charged me for my service. Then the way you acted on the phone because you failed to call me back to have this repaired as you told me to call back in 30 days which I have been trying to for a month now and you have YET to call me back until i get my Warranty company involved....crooks.
