DON'T BELIEVE ANY VERBAL PROMISES MADE BY ANYONE REPRESENTING THIS COMPANY!!! I have been called twice since the installation by a person who wants me to agree to a $19 per month service agreement to get those "free" service calls. Uh, HELLO??? For the price we paid for the system, they ought to do the first two calls for free WITHOUT strings!
