I know for certain the last person never tried because the area around the access was completely undisturbed, not a leaf or stick moved. They also didn't try to use other methods to complete the WIR, such as fiber optics or line of sight inspection. The worst part was their lack of communication. They never called me to report the problems; they waited until I called them to inform me the WIR could not be completed over, and over, and over. Now with one week to the closing, I have to find another company to do the WIR. I will never use this company and won't recommend them to anyone. Shame! That is not our contract. So we told them do the house also. He used an outdoor sprayer and the puddles of chemical are everywhere. My hall rug in front of the washer/dryer is soaked, where chemical is running out between the machines. I have been mopping up excess, then it comes running out again. (I have a small dog). Puddles of standing chemical were in every room. I will not continue my contract with them, when the year expires. I would love to cancel them now, but they work in a money penalty. I do not recommend this service provider.
