Bought a new house, needed treatment, as our last rental was in the country and bug-tastic. We…read moreknew we'd be bringing bugs with us, and moving to a new place you never know the bug situation, but it was worse than we thought! At first treatment pass over by Billiot, it seemed things were okay until we started seeing a spider here, and a roach there. Living in the south, you expect it once in a while, but you don't want it all up in your home! Billiot sends out surveys for once it's been a couple weeks after service. I wasn't initially going to mention the bugs still being alive because I knew had had to have brought some with us in moving boxes, but since they sent a survey I thought I'd throw it in there. WHOA DID THEY GET ON IT! They sent a person out same day to make it better. It happened to be the same guy, who is ALWAYS pleasant and INCREDIBLY professional and wonderful! His name is EJ, get him to do your treatment if possible!!! After he did his second treatment we have not seen a living insect again! Life is good without the worry of bugs!
