His prices are very reasonable, and we have never had a problem in between treatments, but are always assured if we do, he will come out ASAP. In addition to regular extermination, Steve is also licensed to treat termites. Last week I had Terminix come out to inspect a termite swarm I discovered in my bedroom. We just bought our house a few months ago and it came with a Terminix contract which is the only reason I had them come out in the first place. They claimed there were no active hives, but per recommendation of friends, family, and neighbors, I decided to get a second opinion. Steve came out today and discovered several obvious active hives/tunnels under the house and thinks they have been here at least a year. I am so thankful I decided to get a second opinion from someone I trust.
