The pest control office has never had a problem reaching me. About a week ago I walk outside and see their truck so I went over to say hello. The man in the truck said he wasn't there to say hello he was coming to remove my termite bait traps. I was shocked. He said they had been trying to call me for my renewal but I was avoiding them so they were there to remove my traps. Wow. They have reached me every quarter for a few years and charged my credit card every time without problem. But for some reason they couldn't reach me for termite. Not true. The owner Steve was so rude. Now I have purchased my own traps so as they pick up their trap I will drop the same plastic trap back in its place. In other words if this happens to you, go online and buy your own very inexpensive traps. Pretty crazy.

Ashley is so energetic and kind - she puts a smile on my face when talking to her. We recently had to call them after finding a roach in the house to set up quarterly pest control. I was…read morelooking for a Termite Contract since we have this problem in our area, and those little creatures tend to freak me out a lot especially after hearing some horror stories from my friends who got structural damage from these little insects. So first I called Brans Pest Control since they have the most amount of positive reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately, there are not accepting new customers and they referred me to David. I called him after hours. He had no problem talking business to me after his work was done. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Unlike other companies, he was available within relatively short time, i.e. no games. David is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. He is also a very patient person. Being a first home owner, I had a million of questions for him. He answered everything thoroughly. House was treated with the chemical called Termidor. According to David, it is the best treatment on the market, but it happens to be the most expensive treatment. He also left me a brochure about the treatment. After the treatment everything in the yard was left nice and neat. I strongly recommend Crescent Pest and Termite Control.

Ever have a roach crawl on your face in bed at night? I've had that in my last place. More than once. Then I moved and got an exterminator. In my house Uptown, I've seen one roach in two years. ONE. That's why you get an exterminator. You can sit there with your can of Raid and blast them as they come at you like Casper Van Diem in Starship Troopers or hire a professional like Steve and be blissfully ignorant of the local ecosystem...like me. I think they might be only bad dream except I have seen them crawl out of food items at some local establishments (read my Country Flame review).
