Mr. Leonard returned my call so quickly that I wasn't expecting it! I told him that I had spotted what I was pretty sure was termite "frass" on a few windowsills and he walked me through next steps. We made an appointment, and he even came by the house in advance to take a look. Day of, they arrived right on time and he walked me through their plan. They spent most of the day under and around the house setting up the traps and digging a trench to deal with the Formosan termites (much to the confusion of my dog who heard them under the house). WoW!! What can't I say about Mr Leonard and First Choice Pest Control. He's the best !!! I was dealing with a clothing and rug moth infestation- a bad one! I'd had another known exterminator out- but he misdiagnosed the problem. Enter First Choice and Mr Leonard! He was Incredibly patient, personable, and flexible with me as I had trouble scheduling the condo to be treated. He showed up on time and got right to work , investigating every nook and cranny. I'd hired hm to fog the condo ( which few people have the license to do.) as well as spot treat the worst areas and add in moth traps. Well, it worked wonderfully. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. As we were unpacking our things we have noticed a few bugs here and there. We called First Choice Pest Solutions around 4pm today in a panic when we noticed that quite a few wasps were making a nest in the siding on our back patio.
