I'm so grateful for Mr. Leonard. I messaged Mr. Leonard through Yelp after spotting a large "palmetto" bug (giant, flying roach) in my in bedroom. He always responded quickly to my yelp messages! Mr. Leonard returned my call so quickly that I wasn't expecting it! I told him that I had spotted what I was pretty sure was termite "frass" on a few windowsills and he walked me through next steps. We made an appointment, and he even came by the house in advance to take a look. Day of, they arrived right on time and he walked me through their plan. They spent most of the day under and around the house setting up the traps and digging a trench to deal with the Formosan termites (much to the confusion of my dog who heard them under the house). They also discovered that we have dry wood termites, which will require tenting. Boo. They will be coming back to take care of that in the next month. WoW!! What can't I say about Mr Leonard and First Choice Pest Control. He's the best !!! I was dealing with a clothing and rug moth infestation- a bad one! I'd had another known exterminator out- but he misdiagnosed the problem. Enter First Choice and Mr Leonard! He was Incredibly patient, personable, and flexible with me as I had trouble scheduling the condo to be treated. He showed up on time and got right to work , investigating every nook and cranny. I'd hired hm to fog the condo ( which few people have the license to do.) as well as spot treat the worst areas and add in moth traps. Well, it worked wonderfully. I'm back in the condo for the first time ( right now,) and everything is taken care of. The moths that remain are dropping like flies ( which is what to expect.) He suggested the removal of certain items of furniture due to their having been breeding grounds for the moths ( something that was ignored with the first exterminator.). My wife and I recently purchased our first home. As we were unpacking our things we have noticed a few bugs here and there. We called First Choice Pest Solutions around 4pm today in a panic when we noticed that quite a few wasps were making a nest in the siding on our back patio.
