We have been using Pied Piper Pest Control for years for termite protection. Very satisfied

Impossible to get out of the contract, I wanted out within the first few months, kept changing me long after the service contract, service wasn't that effective. I'd tell anyone to just run the other way. read more

If you need pest control services, look no further than Pied Piper Pest Control. They are a professional company that, in my opinion, is reasonably priced. They handle everything from rodents to roaches and termites with expertise and professionalism. I was surprised to learn that gecko poop can look almost identical to rat poop Jacques from Pied Piper knew the difference. He even set out traps for our peace of mind, knowing he was 99.9% sure there were no rodents. Gustav installed our termite prevention system efficiently and professionally. Johnathen, the owner, personally contacted me to ensure I was satisfied with their services. Thank you, Pied Piper Pest Control. read more

I used the Yelp portal to request a quote and received two options. Big fan. First option was to pay on a one time basis. Second option was to pay monthly for an annual service with an initial visit and three subsequent follow up visits. I chose the second option and then called in to make the actual appointment per their suggestion. The technician who came to the house was pretty good and the service worked decently. I will say that I was hoping for more inspection. The inspection mainly consisted of just asking me about the issues I was having. I was thinking that he would also walk around the house looking for evidence of issues that my civilian eye might not see or catch. Also of note the service does not include any termite related issues. Which I didn't think it did but it would be good to have a monthly payment plan that includes both. People tend to prefer a one stop shop. read more

All I did was seek information for a specific pest and I got a very detailed response back. Highlighting all types of treatments they offer (estimated price included) as well as tips for how I should tackle the problem on my own. Everyone else responded with "when would you like to schedule a visit". Before I schedule a service I'm going to try some of their tips, and if I still need them I already know what to expect. Will update review if the pest continue to be out of control. Thank you, PP, for your transparency, thoroughness, and professionalism. read more

This company has been such a pleasure to work with! I've had an ongoing flea problem (I don't have pets). We worked with another company prior that was terrible (and clearly didn't work). Pied Piper is responsive. They answer the phone during business hours and will give you a call back otherwise pretty promptly. They are reliable and show up on time. They even call you on the way or if there is a problem so you know if they may be running late. They are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. We switched to Pied Piper a few years ago after having a bad experience with another pest control company for our termite contract. Everyone at Pied Piper has been friendly, professional, and communicative. Bryanna at the front desk is great, and Joe helped us deal with mice this week - he's the best! We'll continue to call Pied Piper whenever we have issues. read more

This company is the greatest. Travis goes above and beyond every time he comes to my home. Travis remembers my dogs name and always make sure to take care for my dog. Travis gets 100 stars as far as I'm concerned. I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

We have a termite service with Pied Piper Pest Control. My husband and love doing business with small companies. This Company has a very professional staff. The service technicians that come to our home are polite and courteous. The company is always timely with contact and service , and will avail themselves to answer any questions or concerns we may have. The owners, Jeffrey and Lauren, are just the best. Wonderful people to deal with. If service would be rated from 1to 10, we would give them a 10+. Charlene G read more

Upon purchasing our first house, I realized that there was one thing missing from apartment life... scheduled pest control service. I decided to do some research and pick a local company to take care of this for me. They sent me a quote both via phone and email, which was incredibly helpful. Lewis came out to our house for an inspection and initial treatment. This was only $125 for the first visit and he was great! Apparently, each subsequent one under their quarterly program is only $75, which I think is a great bargain for knowing that I won't have to see any creepy crawlies around here. Ick. Great experience this time around, and I assume it will be equally great next time! read more

These guys are effective, professional, and fun to work with. I had Pied Piper come out to my house shortly after moving to New Orleans. I did my research and they had great reviews. They deserve them. Not only are they reasonably priced and good at what they do, they also are knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain everything. I'd add that the explanation was both thorough, smart, and optional. There was no condensation or other nonsense and as a single lady, I appreciate that. I met with two technicians (one in training) who were both gems. I use the quarterly plan and have no issues. They also dropped back by when I had a small flea (ick!) problem in the back yard. Me and my pup thank them! I look forward to their visits. I also met with the owner who inspected and provided an estimate for termite prevention. He took the time to explain options and wasn't pushy when it came down to talking pricing. Even had some awesome restaurant recommendations for me! Go with Pied Piper, you won't regret it. read more

Great service, super friendly staff. My technician is knowledgeable courteous and truly helpful. A lot to be said for shopping small. Supporting local small business is sometimes difficult, but this crew makes every experience better than the last. read more

There was a termite problem at my house in March last year, and I called several companies. The owner of Pied Piper gave me the best quote with Sentricon bait system. The technician Gustav treated the active termite colony in the crawlspace and came back to inspect it once a month for three months to make sure the termites are completely terminated. A year later, the same technician Gustav came to do the annual inspection. No termite was found. I strongly recommend Pied and Piper. They are very professional, always on time and friendly. read more

I highly recommend Pied Piper. Jacque is my technician and he is amazing. Everyone at Pied Piper is extremely professional and responsive. I currently receive termite as well as annual service and we have had no problems. read more

Privacy invaded. Services misleading. I have Pied Piper Pest Control for awhile now, but recently had two bad experiences with them that has caused me to cancel my contract today. Friday, one of their technicians came out to spray for ants coming in my kitchen window. I told him they were only coming the windowsill, and were in that location. I asked him to exterminate around the window and if possible, to spray around the exterior of the house. I turned my back on him for two minutes, and then heard that he had gone down the hall and into my elderly mother's bedroom without even knocking or calling out. She was sick and in bed in her nightgown! Totally unacceptable! Then last night I discovered that I had bought a box of cereal that had flour mites in it. They were not in the cereal itself, but inside the sealed box. Unfortunately, they traveled out of the box and into my pantry. I took everything out of the pantry and threw out any boxes and washed the canned goods. But when I called them to come exterminate, I was told that "no specialty pests are covered in the contract". So . . . read the small print, or just buy your own pesticide and treat your house. Their policy is basically, if it's cheap, it's on them. If it's expensive, it's on you. The manager told me I should have read the details of the contract. I guess I should have memorized each type of bug not covered. So do your exterminating yourself, and you will save some money. read more

Unfortunately, I've had some bad experiences with termites and one very bad termite company, plus a few that were just average. I called Jeff at Pied Piper for a quote (based on on-line reviews) and was very pleased with the price (in the middle) and the service. They came out on time and did what they were supposed to do and I feel assured that they are MUCH better than my previous, cheaper priced and previous higher-cost companies. They understood my concerns and made sure to go over-and-above standard procedure. read more

Bought our house while it was under a termite contract with Pied Piper. We stuck with them for the termite control and I'm glad we did. My wife is normally a very calm and collected lady but if she even imagines a roach it leads to an end of days type meltdown. In order to put her at ease (and to prevent me from having to go full on Mad Max at the first sign of any insect intruder) we got a quarterly pest control contract with Pied Piper and it has been great. The technicians are thorough and super friendly, always work around my schedule, and quick to respond to any issues or concerns related to our many insect friends that enjoy our tropical climate. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the New Orleans looking for peace of mind (or their spouse's). read more

I'm very impressed with Pied Piper. They came out and diagnosed our ant problem and quickly solved it. The service man, Jacques, is very nice and is a true professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

Great customer service!! Brianna thoroughly explained options and services, and was so friendly, especially when I had so many questions regarding floor stains from chemicals they used etc... She was very knowledgeable. Today, Julian the expert sprayer came to do the job. He is very friendly, professional, and absolutely knowledgable! He is very thorough and made sure I knew the actions to take once the job is done. He has so much information about these pests and why they are here, cool guy!! I am very happy I decided to do a contract with them, because at the end of the day if I have any issues they will come and spray as needed on top of quarterly visits. Also, I randomly mentioned who I was using for this issue to a plumbing company and they raved about them too! read more

I recently moved into a house that had been essentially vacant for a couple months. As soon as I saw a couple strange critters, I immediately searched Yelp for a pest control company. I called Pied Piper and they quickly scheduled me. I was so impressed with their customer service that I signed up for their annual contract. When the technician came, he was friendly and explained everything to us. I am happy with this service! read more

We have used Pied Piper since 2013. They are family owned and operated. They are very courteous and respectful when providing service. They are always willing to do the extra to help my family feel comfortable, such as next day service and fitting into my family's schedule. We rarely see bugs in our home and their termite application have gotten rid all of the termites that have decided to stay in our home. Did I mention they will even come the next day to clear dead animals that were trapped under our house causing a terrible odor. I can't thank them, especially, Justin for their great service. I will continue to use this company in the future. read more

Love them. They are always SOOOOOO nice and helpful. Always on time or early. They remind me about service, which is how it should be (instead of me chasing them to come again). The best pest control we've ever had. They even come back if the problem doesn't go away or a new problem arises. The guys are SOOOO nice too. read more

Great service, friendly staff, always willing to answer questions. Love them especially compared to the big national companies.

they did a TERRIFIC job safely and effectively 'excluding' the pigeons that were ruining my home!! Also, were very prompt at coming out for insect extermination (within 24 hours of calling!), highly recommend! ~Michelle read more

I won't use anyone else! Living in New Orleans you get all kinds of critters in your house - I only call Pied Piper. THANKS, GUYS!
