His prices are very reasonable, and we have never had a problem in between treatments, but are always assured if we do, he will come out ASAP. With this company, you never have to worry if the person who comes out is reliable or knows what they are doing, because it is ALWAYS the same person. In addition to regular extermination, Steve is also licensed to treat termites. Last week I had Terminix come out to inspect a termite swarm I discovered in my bedroom. We just bought our house a few months ago and it came with a Terminix contract which is the only reason I had them come out in the first place. They claimed there were no active hives, but per recommendation of friends, family, and neighbors, I decided to get a second opinion. Steve came out today and discovered several obvious active hives/tunnels under the house and thinks they have been here at least a year. I am so thankful I decided to get a second opinion from someone I trust.
