This company does not represent itself well. No one return any of my calls. Never resolved issues with billing, had workers to tell me to pay or they won't spray and I didn't have a balance due. Save your money go somewhere else or do it yourself. read more

Called to make an appointment for 2-4 pm earlier this week. Took off work, arranged for my dog to be out of the house. After 4, the person scheduled to come over between 2 and 4 told me he had another job to take care of and didn't know when he'd be done. I said ok then I guess we'll reschedule. I called the main office and asked if anyone could come tomorrow--I took time off work for this and can't take any more time off work today. Then the person at the main office said someone could come between 8 and 10 tomorrow. I asked to be first in line at 8 because of the hassle. He told me not possible because the 'system' sets their schedule. I told him I wanted to cancel the service. Just got a call from the original guy telling me he's arriving at 4:45 pm, which I might have been able to make work if he had told me this when he first called instead of agreeing to reschedule on Monday. You know those businesses that don't seem very interested in selling you what they allegedly provide? This is one of them. read more

I had the worst experience with the representative when she picked up the phone yesterday, very rude towards me. I don't see how she still has a job, but orkin lost a customer yesterday because of her nasty ways. Im sure they are recorded lines, so her manager can hear how she is speaking to me .How are you going to tell me that I'm getting texts when they are coming out to service my home. We had been hearing strange noises in our attic for several days. Assuming it was some kind of pest (rats, raccoons, etc.) we needed someone to come inspect and hopefully get rid of the critters. We had known of Orkin for years so naturally they're the first ones we called. I told them of the problem, gave them my information (name, address, email, phone number), and they said that someone would be contacting me within 24 hours. Well, I waited and waited and that call never came, which was very disappointing. So, right now we still have to deal with this pest in our home we have to look for someone else to help us. Orkin, if you want to gain new customers or keep current ones, if you tell someone that you're going to call them, I highly suggest that you do. Don't leave people hanging. read more

This company is the worst pest control Company I have ever dealt with. I have a termite contract and paid for a yearly inspection good luck. All they do is ask for more money while not providing a service. I ended up leaving them and going with a locally owned pest control company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Signed up for their service to spray for roaches. Service was somewhat effective but not 100% -- I'd say around 75%. Furthermore, they raised the price of the service without any notification and ignored my calls to cancel the service because of the increased price. Everytime they'd call to collect payment, I had to explain to them *again* that I'd cancelled the service because of the unannounced price increase. I even offered to continue service at the old price but they felt it was more important to collect a single payment for a service they never rendered than to keep a paying customer. read more

Despite the others on here giving one star, the BR Orkin is actually a really good company to work with. I had two or three different technicians who sprayed my home over the last 6 years. They call before coming and are willing to work around your schedule. I was NEVER hassled for payment because I signed up for the customer portal and paid my bill online and on time. I also had the termite contract. You pay for the initial treatment which is expensive. After that, they check it once a year. If you don't have termites, there isn't anything else to do. Not sure what in the world that other person was talking about. Sold the house and easily got my certificate for closing. Would highly recommend. read more
