Update (1/18/23): We just had our quarlerly treatment from ClearDefense Pest Contral and just like last time, Skylar absolutely nailed it. Since we've started using ClearDefesne my wife and I have noticed signifcantly less insects in and around our home. Skylar was professional, provided advance notice of his arrival, notified me when he arrived at our property and is always quick to ask if we have anything specific we need addressed. AFter mentioning a slight sugar ant problem in the pantry, he scheduled a follow-up treatment specific for that at no additional costs. Trent arrived to conduct the sugar ant treatment on 1/25 and was very thorough, taking his time to ensure every possible area was treated properly. He provided some guidance on additional steps we could take as home owners as well. Since the treatment not a single sugar any has been seen, so I'd consider that a huge success. Thanks to Skylar and Trent for another job well done. HIGHLY recommend! Update (4/21/22): Our latest treatment from ClearDefense Pest Control was every bit as good as our initial treatment. Trent and Skylar communicated with me early, before their arrival, to ensure the time was still good on my end and ask that gates be unlocked, etc. They arrived on time, when they said they would, were quick and efficient, and took care of everything including changing out the sticky traps in our garage and removing cobwebs in there too (did NOT expect them to do that for me). Really have enjoyed this service that I've received since joining the ClearDefense family. Every professional I've dealt with has been fantastic and Trent and Skylar were certainly no different. These guys are fantastic! Spencer visited us this December (2025), plus Ty and Trent is also regular technicians. They're incredibly thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Before each treatment, they inform you of their actions. Afterward, they provide a detailed summary of what they accomplished, including any unexpected or out-of-scope issues they encountered. Between treatments, they're always available by phone and text. They promptly answer calls, even on Fridays at 6:45 pm, when you might expect the office to be closed. If something arises between treatments, they'll come out and handle it at no cost, usually the next day. This is probably my third exterminator service I've hired over the years, and all the others were decent. However, Clear Defense stands out by far as the best value for the money and a highly worthwhile investment. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking pest control. These guys are top-notch in every aspect--customer service, professionalism, knowledge, problem-solving, timeliness, flexibility, and more. I started using the Clear Defense Pest control team after James knocked on my door. Normally, I shove those people off rather quickly, but after James introduced himself and the service I decided to hear him out. After the discussion, I signed up for their initial package to treat my home for numerous pests and to de-web the highest points on my home (some places are over 35 Feet). I even mentioned that I use another company for the rest of my property and he took the opportunity to work up another quote off hours and sent it to me as a follow-up. De'Shaun came out two days later to do the treatment. He rang my doorbell, introduced himself and what he was there to do, and then he wanted to walk the property to make sure he had a good grasp on our problem areas. He then spent almost two hours meticulously going over my home with their treatment. When he was done it was spotless. We were so happy with the service, and our house looks great. Nick and Keisten did my first treatment today and they were great.They were on time and courteous. Besides doing a great job of getting rid of all the spiderwebs outside our home and in the garage they were in and out spraying the interior as well. What I admired most is that Keisten is in training and seems to be learning quickly but he has a good trainer. I overheard Nick telling him the importance of safety for themselves and the families they service. It's not too often that you do business with people with moral values and ClearDefense has a team of respectful employees, even the representative the came by to get me to sign up for the services. I already have termite treatment but the rep was so gracious during our discussion I told him I'm going to give ClearDefense a try just because I like his personality he also was very thorough in explaining the services offered. read more

We've been having issues with spiders and needed the house to be sprayed. By coincidence a guy named Jackson came to our door selling the services of Clear Defense, very nice guy who told us about the company, we were just getting home so didn't have time to give it our full attention, after a while we called the company and told them we were interested, they sent out a technician named Alvin Parnell, who explained everything again and we signed up for 5 treatments. Alvin did a good job of spraying everywhere inside and out, was a very nice young man and knew what he was doing. So, this was only yesterday but were hoping our bugs are dead but if not we can call and have them come back out at anytime no extra charge. Clear Defense is by far the best pest control business I've ever used. I had an issue with ants around my bathtub and on my outside patio recently. My technician, Esmond, lets me know when he's on his way, is friendly and most professional, and takes his time spraying. Before he sprays, he explains what he is doing and always follows up the spray with a second conversation before he leaves. After this last spray, Esmond came back again the next day to see if I needed a second spray. Then Caleb with Clear Defense texted several days later to see if Esmond needed to follow up again. I've never been "listened to" about my bug issues like Clear Defense listens. Esmond is so kind and an expert at what he does. He's the absolute best!! read more

It's our 3 month treatment time and Clear Defense called right on schedule. When they called to let us know they were on their way, we felt the need to inform them that our kids have the flu. The Clear Defense team was so understanding and nice for the last minute hiccup! They said they would spray the outside and we could reschedule for the inside spray at a later date, at no extra charge. When Trent arrived, he was professional, kept his distance, asked how my kids were doing and then said he would text me when he was done spraying so not to bother my kids. Clear defense pest control has shown us care like no other pest control company!!! I'm definitely not the average residential customer, as I renovated my home a year ago and still working on it, from Skylar to Curtis to Trent, they have made us at ease during this process and currently living here. The cost is fractions to other companies for what they gaurentee as well as extras done like black ants crawling on my patio to mosquito treatment so we can enjoy our yard as well as home. Spiders silverfish and more. I'm the only house on the block that's never seen a roach thanks to this company as a few of my neighbors might be switching now soon.
