When we first moved into our home, we chose a local pest service to come quarterly to spray around…read moreour home. They were very reliable the first five years or so, and then they started to send a new technician for each service. Which meant I couldn't just let them onto the property, I had to go show them the areas that needed attention and let them know which bugs we had issues with in the house. They were recently bought out by a national company and I decided I was done. Came into Pestop today and told the guy at the counter the bugs we typically encounter. For $90 I bought a 16oz container of concentrate. You only use 1.5oz mixed into a gallon of water for each application. Math says that works out to 10 applications. You spray every 3-6 months, so you're looking at 2.5-5yrs. It is safe for use both indoors and outdoors and around pets and kids. We also bought a $30 spray container and $15 vial of cockroach egg killer as I've been noticing babies around the house. I also inquired about termite bait traps and he said their Covington store has them, explained how to check them, and what to do if I found the bait sticks had been chewed. Super helpful. I'll be saving almost $1000/yr! We were paying $386 for yearly termite control and $125 for quarterly outdoor spraying. Now that we have the spray canister, I'll probably be spending closer to $36/yr if we continue to spray quarterly.

Reading the reviews on here is honestly shocking to me! The Bug Man has been nothing short of reliable and extremely knowledgeable for me. I haven't had issues with their billing department so I won't speak more on that. What I will speak about is the amazing technician that I've worked with a few times over the past six months (once at my office) and just this morning at my house! The office complex has had issues with rodents and fleas from said rodents. They were able to get the problem corrected quickly and we haven't seen any issues since (that was in June/July). Fast forward to this morning, there is suddenly a fly infestation in my house as of about 36 hours ago... I felt like I was living through the plagues of Egypt in my own home. I still had Mike's cell phone number in my phone from the office incident and texted him. He was able to squeeze my house in between appointments for a quick inspection. HE WASN'T TWO FEET IN THE DOOR AND KNEW THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY WHEN HE SAW THE FLIES. He opened the fireplace damper and a dead squirrel fell out! I screamed, he didn't.
