Optimize took over the Generator Preventive Maintenance Service Agreements from Chustz. I accepted…read moreand paid $335 on 12/22/25 for 2 visits, one should have been done in May 26, the other one is planned for November 26. No visit happened in May. On June 15 I called Optimize because my generator was running without stopping. I was told that a technician would come and I would be billed $150. I pointed out that the scheduled maintenance had not been made in May and, if done, we could have perhaps avoided the problem. The technician found that the relay in ATS was sticking, but he didn't have the part in his truck and was hoping that it was a one time issue. I was about to go out of the country for 2 months, and I was concerned to encounter a similar malfunction during my absence. I talked to Optimize, let them know that no one would be there to check on the generator until mid September. I got 3 gas bills from Delta, $60 above what I usually pay in the summer. Upon my return, I called Optimize, and I had to argue to have them send a technician, and I was only able to get that by consenting to pay another $150. I had to give my credit card number, expiration date and security code. Meanwhile I had to turn off my gas valve and had to wait 2 days for someone to come by. The relay in ATS has to be changed and I have to wait for a quote. I learned at that point, and not by the Optimize office employees, that Optimize is not accredited to work on Cummins generators, and it seems that they are unable to get any Cummins parts as, to this day 10/12, I am still waiting for an estimate (will be 4 weeks this Wednesday) even though it was deemed to be expedited. I would like to be reimbursed for my expenses ($150+$60). I think, as well, it would be necessary for Optimize to be more straightforward, and let their customers know about their predicament concerning Cummins, to show them that they put their patrons' satisfaction above their profit.

I tried about 4 times to get someone to send me their annual maintenance contract. I finally drove to their office and around 4:30 PM I met with Mr. Felix. The place was empty and I mean empty. Maybe 20 cubes empty, no one, just Mr. Felix. What you have to be aware of, is that AccuTemp Services wants you to pay $325.00 for one year maintenance without a contract. No paper work, nothing, just an advertisement of what the maintenance covers. No guarantee of anything and an AI interface that will drive you nuts. My last call took 31 minutes to get to an agent. Please be careful of the maintenance. I will not be recommending these people.
