He provided a competitive quote with a realistic warranty and had a handout to back that up, with a clearly outlined and communicated plan from the get-go for how they might address any issues that come up along the way. From the time we signed on, communication was clear and prompt - the ladies at the office are honestly some of the nicest I've encountered in Houston, and every person who came out, from the person who did the pre-install visits to the team that came out to do the actual job, were courteous and explained very clearly what to expect. On the day of, they did a great job of protecting our living space (doors, walls, carpet, railings). Finally, they came out for a visit 2 weeks out to make sure everything looked good.
