If i could give 0 stars i would! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They scam people!…read moreCome to your door and scam. Had a guy come to our door told us we could do a ONE TIME SERVICE!!! He sent a guy out a few days later that was in August. It's September and i'm getting charged for a service we didn't even receive nor asked for. $58.46 we were charged. Called the billing people, Rude guy! Told us we had to pay a $200 cancellation fee!! Like are we joking rn? I'm flabbergasted cause why tf are you trying to charge me a cancellation fee on something i only agreed to ONE TIME SERVICE??? And then charge me for a second service i didn't even receive. SO basically the billing guy told us we had Two options either pay the $200 cancellation fee or set up an appointment for someone to come out and do the service and not get refunded our money! So it's a scam don't agree to the service or sales person. This company is a joke.

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

Highly recommend them for attic needs as well as pest control!

The evening of 3/21/2019 I received a call from my tenant located near I-45 and Gulfbank saying…read morethat they had noticed mice/rats inside of the home. The afternoon I called All About Rodents, left a message and received a call back from Jason. After explaining what would be done to arrive at an estimate he said that he could be there between 9:00am and 10:00am this morning 3/22/2019 then we agreed on 9:30am. I was there at 9:30. 10:00 came and I had not heard from him so I called him. He said that he was coming from Galveston and was stuck in traffic on I-45. I asked if he thought he would arrive in about an hour and he said yes so I let my tenant know because she was waiting too. An hour passed and he had not arrived so I called him again. He said that his GPS indicated that it would be another half hour which would be about 11:30. I said OK and again let my tenant know. 11:30 came and went with no Jason and no phone call. I attempted to call him again at approx 11:45 and again at noon. He did not answer his phone. I had to tell my tenant that this person apparently was not coming. I returned to my car and called his office. The manager was very apologetic but that does not erase the fact that Jason lied to me and wasted my time as well as that of my tenant. Jason obviously does not value his job and has no respect for other people and their time. This should not be allowed to happen ever again. Jason should be fired so that he can find a job that he wants to do. Hopefully it will be one where he is not allowed to inconvenience other people again. This was my first time contacting this company and the experience was horrendous. I would never recommend them and suggest that you take your business elsewhere. Those positiive reviews were probably paid for.
