His years of expertise allowed him to identify an issue with only a few glances. We were prepared to spend $2k on an issue that we were told we had by another company. Greg found the root cause, the affected area, and the fix was less than a tenth of what we expected! He literally got on his hands and knees to dig under our sink for us and find a little termite problem. He even stayed longer than expected to help us. He called his team to push a work meeting out!
