I called them and they offered me the correct prize I could pay in three parts. The girl I talked to was very nice and professional and she gave me very precious instruction what to do and how to work with them to get rid of bags. So, I needed to wash everything and put in plastic bags. So, they (girl and a little older man) came first Saturday exactly at 9:00 am. With the smile on their faces, they finished everything in 10 minutes. Next week they came again and next week again. I followed their instruction and finally get rid of the most disgusting things in my life thanks to S & S Pest Control. I recommend them with all my heart. He would wait until the wee hours and feast in the pantry... leaving droppings and crumbs inside the cabinet (inconsiderate)! I called my condo building's vendor for pest control--they said they were not available until the next week AND would only lay bait traps in my house, not try to find the source of the problem. I asked one of my friends for a pest control referral and they too weren't able to come out for a week. After searching online, I decided to call Diamond. They were able to come the very next morning (a Sunday) and I asked that they come as early as possible. Brian arrived on time at 8:30am and took the time to investigate the problem by moving my appliances to find the source of the problem. The culprit: a hole around our oven's gas line providing access to our kitchen and ultimately, to the pantry. Brian sealed it immediately (as well as patched some other potential problem areas) and the price was extremely reasonable. Its been months and we haven't had a problem since. We appreciated Brian's work so much, he will now become our entire building's pest control vendor (we fired those other guys).

They called and discussed my concerns and did everything in their powers to make it right. They even refunded my payment because of what happened. Now, this is what great customer service is all about! _______________________________________________________________________________ I was looking for a rodent control company and somehow EZ Bed Bug popped up. I only chose them because they were able to send someone immediately (same day). I had rats this year coming to my back patio and I couldn't get rid of them myself so I decided to call professional help. I caught a live one on a physical trap that got caught in a drain hole. Don, from EZ Bed Bug, said no problem, he'll be able to come and dispose the live rat plus treat the areas with bait station and prevent further rats. He sent an employee that was unprofessional from the start. He didn't have work attire, brought bait stations without poison and no equipment. I was hesitant to continue with them but knew I had to get rid of the live rat. So he continued and asked me for my own household equipment (broom, metal tongs and forks) to kill the rat because he had NO equipment with him. After about an hour, the rat was killed but he had to cut my electrical wire. Needless to say, I was very traumatized and upset about all this! I called Don right after the service and told him how upset I was. The only reason I paid them is because the poor employee was sweating kiling the rat. I told Don that his company was very unprofessional because 1) he didn't tell his employee that he was going to deal with a live rat 2) employee had no work attire and NO equipment with him and 3) had no rat poison to set in bait stations. Don said he would make it up and send someone the next day to fill the stations with poison which he did. But the subsequent follow ups for the next month were never completed. I called Don again for the other followups and he never picked up my phone or fulfilled the services. Do NOT use them - they are not professional!

They tried the heat treatment, but still weren't able to get the temperature high enough, although they did treat the room with pesticide which seemed to have done a good job. I did find some bugs still alive days after they left, but the owner assured me that the treatment will keep working even after several days. I was also told that a new heat machine was bought and that if I have any further issues, that I can call and they will return.

About 5 months ago, we had an ant issue in our kitchen. Robert came right out and took care of the…read moreproblem. The ants were gone, until recently (which wasn't entirely surprising, I was told they would probably come back in a few months.) I called Robert again on a Monday and he said he would call me back to schedule. He didn't - I called him back on Tuesday and he said we check the schedule and get back to me. He finally did and advised he would be at my home on Wednesday. He didn't show. When I called the company number to see if someone was going to show, I was told that Robert had fallen off a ladder the day before, but he was fine being discharged from the hospital that day and somebody would get back to me. No one got back to me. I didn't call another exterminator because I was told Robert would still come out and I didn't want to take the business away from him. The ant problem began to accelerate and I called the company again a few days later. I asked if someone could come out that day, as I have a crawling infant at home and the ants are a real problem. I was told that someone would be there in the late afternoon or early evening. I waited at home all afternoon and night and no one showed or called. I have yet to receive a follow-up call or explanation and I hired a different exterminator who immediately came out and fixed the problem. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1, is because on the first trip out Robert was very timely and friendly and the problem was at least temporarily resolved. This could be a unique occurrence, but as a result I will not be using the company again.
