The owner pointed me towards a machine he thought would be a good size for me. However, once I started to load the washer, I realized it was far too large and I started to look for one that was smaller and cheaper. He came over looked inside and said, "No, it is fine" and then closes the door to the washer. I protest more that I want to move to a smaller washer and he insists that it will not fit. My washer wasn't even halfway full... He then grabs my quarters and starts putting them in the slot, pretending like i don't know how to work the machine. And when I try to open and move it again, he tells me it is fine and closes it. So, I just let it go and told myself that it wasn't worth an altercation. He is openly trying to scam me, which I really don't appreciate. And assuming that since Im obviously not from around here that I do not know any better. I will not be coming back.

The inside is spotless, well-maintained, and you can tell they really care about the customer experience. Not only is it clean, but they've thought of everything -- charging stations for your phone, TVs to watch while you wait, plenty of seating, and even a vending machine stocked with snacks and drinks. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. This is the spot if you want your laundry done right, be comfortable, and have a clean environment.

Was greeted quickly and they helped me spread the tarp I brought to help eliminate product loss. They safely and confidently loaded my trailer with a end loader. They safely bucket is larger than a Bobcat or a farm tractor. So you get more mulch . Was in and out in a few minutes. Definitely worth the service call and time. If you're looking for quick response and honest service I think they'd be hard to beat. My machine would only wash half cycles and then had to be manually set to a spin cycle before attempting to do another half wash (rinse) cycle and final (again Manually set) spin cycle. This was extremely annoyning and time consuming and quite impractical for a working Mom. When Sal, came out he started his inpsection, made sure to verify his diagnostics, told me how much it would cost and how long it would take to get the part in. Came this evening, moved everything out, because I failed to even realize that certain things would need out of the way. Then he did the repairs in an extememly timely manner and put everything back in place. Like I said, excellent customer service and professionalism!
