Upon returning to retrieve my items, services were still not complete. This old, wrinkled, ugly, dry faced women without and good teeth in her mouth said that they do not provide lint removal and they do not guarantee that my clothes will be completely cleaned. I asked her what am I paying for then? She proceeded to be rude. The customer service was not present. I am completely disgusted with the way people treat others when they are unhappy with themselves. I will never return to this location and I will make sure I inform everyone whom visits this location at my job not to return. The attitudes of the women there are disturbing. If you want clean clothes go someplace else. HARTS CLEANERS IS NOT THE PLACE
