I was on a business trip in eastern Kentucky when a family friend passed away in Detroit. It was…read moreWednesday night and the funeral was Friday. I called the store when I was 90 minutes out and spoke to Nicole and told her what I needed. She looked up my profile and when I arrived she and her staff had several suits set out for me to try on. I found one I liked that fit quite well and she told me to sit tight while she went to the back and hemmed the pant cuffs. She then pressed the suit and the shirt I bought and found a coupon for the shoes I was buying. Her staff then helped me find a tie and belt on sale and within 40 minutes I was on my way with an entire funeral appropriate ensemble. Even though I love my Men's Wearhouse store in Arizona, I will stop by this store every time I am in Lexington. Nice job!

I just wanted to try the full suit on before purchasing and I had also picked a second suit back up off the clearance rack that I wanted to try on. The employee barley let me out of the dressing room to look at the options and when I ask him to give me space so me and my fiancé could look at the suit I was yelled at by another employee that he was just trying to help. When I tried to let the other employe know he had already help me with my size and I just wanted to see the items on I was interrupted and told to leave! Men's warehouse sucks

They did not have any pin stripe suits in stock; however, I settled for a blue suit. When I checked out, everything went pretty smooth; however, I made sure to ask what the return policy was. One of the individuals, five at the register this time (three men and two gals) confirmed that there was the 90 day. One guy told me that as long as the coat was not worn and all tags were not off, they would accept it. Questionable part is when one of them looked at another person to confirm it. If one were trained, you would know the exact answer, not look at another to confirm. Be confident in what you are selling and know return policies. It just came off as shady.

First time at this location ruined by an extremely offputting employee…read more First guy I spoke with was friendly and helpful answered our questions and was very informative, but while browsing and talking to the people I was with, someone else (someone older, the manager?) walked up and asked if we had any questions, but had a strange look on his face, and lingered for a moment after we said "no, thank you." His expression, and the strange pause, made me wonder if he had something he wanted to say, so I asked "why?" He got incredibly offended and snapped "BECAUSE I WORK HERE." He then stormed off and was standing around with a sour expression. We'd had no other interaction than those few words. Everything went back on the rack, right then. Before leaving, to try and avoid any misunderstanding, I attempted explain why I'd asked (thought there may have been something he wanted to say), but he rolled his eyes as I approached and kept the hostile tone. Alright, my dude. You seem like a miserable person, maybe your 60's aren't going great but that was the most childish and dramatic reaction (to a single word) I've had from a stranger in years. Can't be great for business.
