Upon dropping off my clothes, I pointed out to the worker that I want lint to be removed from my clothes when cleaned. I picked up my clothes and they were not cleaned! The stains were still in place, and hair was on the clothes. They did not apologize however, I allow them to try to make it right. Upon returning to retrieve my items, services were still not complete. This old, wrinkled, ugly, dry faced women without and good teeth in her mouth said that they do not provide lint removal and they do not guarantee that my clothes will be completely cleaned. I asked her what am I paying for then? She proceeded to be rude. The customer service was not present. I am completely disgusted with the way people treat others when they are unhappy with themselves. I will never return to this location and I will make sure I inform everyone whom visits this location at my job not to return. The attitudes of the women there are disturbing. If you want clean clothes go someplace else. HARTS CLEANERS IS NOT THE PLACE

I have been using Chase Cleaners for over 2 years now. It started as convenience due to my…read moreproximity to the location- but now they are the only company I trust to clean my clothes right. Here's what I feel they do really well: Pricing is really fair for standard cleanings. I typically come out of the store paying less than $50 unless I'm bringing really large pieces, specialty clothing like leather, or have more than 6 pieces to be cleaned. They are also very timely on service. If you arrive by 9AM (I think) you can drop off your clothes for same day service- but even if you don't make the cutoff time for same day service I can typically get my business clothes back in 24-48 hours. I know they have a third party cleaner for leather - so that will take longer. Bedding took 4-5 days but was well worth the investment for the comforter that I needed cleaned (it had a nice dog smell to it). The only thing I can say they could do better is setting up a website for informations/Q&A. The absence of that is part of why I think writing this review is important for a local business in the neighborhood. I did not expect to be so particular about a dry cleaning place, but here I am traveling for work and deciding that I will just wait to get my suit cleaned between work trips this week and next week just so I can take it to people I trust. Thanks to the kind people at Chase Cleaners for always taking care of me :)

I came back two weeks later to find that they had not been cleaned at all, and apparently didn't have the resources to do the cleaning that needed done in the first place. I asked if they could do anything for me to offset my disappointment so I could hopefully justify using them again in the future and they denied my request. I should have read the Yelp reviews before dropping off two skirts and a dress for the first time…read more I like the convenience of the drive thru and it's on my way to work so I thought, why not? I'll tell you why not. Out of three items only one was actually clean. One black and white dress had an obvious white stain that looked like crusted deodorant on the front left breast pocket. The white skirt was worse with stains in three places and a customer note that said we need more time. However, the lady who handed me my items didn't mention anything, there was never any phone call saying they needed more time, no discount, no apology, no nothing. Did they think I wouldn't notice? I essentially paid $23.97 to have one skirt cleaned and a dress and another skirt not much better off than when I turned it in. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere.

I just was unimpressed. I went home, searched (on Yelp, of course) for a new tailor and went back to get my pants. The other tailor was nice, smiled, and had my order completed for a minimal price in just two days. The only reason I decided to go ahead with such a bad review? I called later that week to speak to a manager or the owners to tell them about the bad experience and was told that my request to have the pants hemmed sooner than two weeks was ridiculous and that they had many important orders to fill. Not an apology or a 'please understand' - I got the feeling they just did not want my business. So they don't have it.
