I will not be coming back here This place has half of its machines out of order, everything is a little out of date, and to top it all off... The owner pointed me towards a machine he thought would be a good size for me. However, once I started to load the washer, I realized it was far too large and I started to look for one that was smaller and cheaper. He came over looked inside and said, "No, it is fine" and then closes the door to the washer. I protest more that I want to move to a smaller washer and he insists that it will not fit. My washer wasn't even halfway full... He then grabs my quarters and starts putting them in the slot, pretending like i don't know how to work the machine. And when I try to open and move it again, he tells me it is fine and closes it. So, I just let it go and told myself that it wasn't worth an altercation. He is openly trying to scam me, which I really don't appreciate. And assuming that since Im obviously not from around here that I do not know any better. I will not be coming back. read more

Never had any issues here, machines work most of the time! Affordable if you aren't able to access a washer or dryer at home.

Little place owned by very friendly people. Needed help with a machine malfunction and the owner came running from the down the street to help me. His wife was also very polite and helpful, recommending which machines work best for the clothes I had. Would absolutely recommend. read more

Plenty of top loaders if you like to segregate your wash by temperature, and also plenty of front loaders if you have lots of clothes. The machines are well maintained and I was able to get 3 at once right next to each other. I like this laundromat better than the two others in Richmond and I have used them both. Se habla español. Very clean. Attendants very nice and helpful. Machines are clean but a bit pricey. The biggest drawback is no change machine although they will make some change for you. One of the few laundromats I've been to on my travels that I felt totally safe in by myself. Dryers do not get very hot so bring lots of quarters. Takes forever to get stuff dry! read more
