Monica lined up everything with Sherry at the other location so when we got there Sherry new exactly what we needed and had even shuffled some things around to find us a spot that would be easy for my husband to get our trailer into. Sherry was professional and provided excellent customer service. We called the next day and needed an additional storage unit, Sherry showed us several options and made sure we were satisfied with a unit that met our needs. She cleaned the unit which already looked clean and had it ready to go for us when we came back the next day. Customer service is very important to us and All Aboard Storage surpassed our expectations with every interaction both on the phone and in person. I had a large unit for only about 100 bucks a month. At the time, no additional insurance was required. This place isn't climate controlled or anything like that, so it's a good idea to cover up your things so they won't get moldy. You obviously have to pay for your storage unit every month, but they will work with you if needed. They aren't trying to get rid of your stuff or throw you out the second the 1st of the month passes like the bigger storage companies do. It is located in the Ormond be the Sea area, so it is very convenient if you live there. It is a bit difficult to get a unit because it is so convenient, but they will put you on a list & let you know if one becomes available. That's what I had to do. The building is not climate controlled, but it is under shopping & restaurants, so it doesn't get as bad as you'd think in the heat of summer. They also turn on a humidifier when it's needed. I haven't had any issues with my things being close to the ocean climate. No melting, no rust & no mold. There is a bathroom available for you to use. They have dollies & a hand truck if you need to borrow them. You can also call ahead & they will open your main door for you before you get there if you don't wish to go in the office when you get there. Which is what I always do.

I occasionally dump some trash in the dumpster at the rear for my business. Today I get yelled at for that because apparently it's only allowed for storage unit owners. Clearly the owner is a cheap ass and trying to save a buck to not dump the dumpster. It would be understandable if I filled it up multiple times a week. I haven't put anything in there in a month. Will be moving out asap

I had a storage unit for almost a year I began paying $189.00 dollars and they went up to $208.00. I always paid on time. So I live about 2 hours away from the unit so I had not past by for about 3 months. My husband went by to pick up some of his tools. When he open the unit all of his tools were stolen. Over $10,000 of tools stolen welders,lasers etc. When I told the lady in the front desk all she did was take two pictures from the outside of the unit.she would not let the officer look at the videos because apparently it was a policy from the storage. Then she said that there's nothing she can do because there was no proof. She sent the two pictures to the insurance and told them there was no proof of entry so I didn't get anything from the insurance but my things stollen. I really hope no body else has to go trough this so please don't trust this place with your things. I THINK IF SHE DIDN'T WANT TO SHOW THE VIDEO IS BECAUSE SHE MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT!

THEY WILL NOT REVIEW THEY'RE ON SECURITY VIDEO OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR LAST ACCESS OF GATE NOR WILL THEY CHECK THE CALLS THEY SUPPOSEDLY MONITOR FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE TO PROVE THE CUSTOMER IS TELLING THE TRUTH!!! OR TO PROVE MULTIPLE CALLS WERE MADE!!! I requested a climate control unit FROM THE START I WAS TOLD THIS UNIT WAS CLIMATE CONTROL which I did not get. I reported a LIVE RAT crawling on my furniture in the unit or perhaps it was a large mouse I wasn't going to ask it.I called Noelle 3 weeks before moving ..then again 2 weeks before moving .then 1 week before moving the day of moving and the day after..no follow up call was made to let me know if the problem had been resolved...I saw no traps I left 12 message spoke with Noelle and Courtney to tell them my intent to move out on June 29th three weeks prior to moving . I have not accessed property since june 29th yet they have not called sent a bill left a message nothing I even had Miriam try to call ftom old kings road public storage to confirm with no response to her call..to let them know I moved out..MY HUSBAND IS DYING!!!..I took photos of unit that it was clean when I left to which they said I was still occupying it August 9th? Because boxes were in it?? so then I said to Yolanda you can check gate codes or security video to verify I had todds moving company there that day DOES THAT NOT SAY IM MOVING OUT TOO,? Then Yolanda said we'll then you left trash in it ? Either im not movedbout or trash was left in it so your going to charge me 2 months rent for trash i didnt eave in it with no courtesy call to say hey you left trash in the unit?
