I used this storage company for short term temperature controlled storage. I have used other…read morestorage companies and this one is head and shoulders above anything else I have used. I am compelled to write a review because of the quality of the storage unit, the helpful staff, and the overall experience. Price was right, they use regular locks (not those weird locks that seem to be unique to each company and require purchase). Overall I felt my possessions were safe and I was treated fairly and with respect.

I had a storage unit for almost a year I began paying $189.00 dollars and they went up to $208.00. I always paid on time. So I live about 2 hours away from the unit so I had not past by for about 3 months. My husband went by to pick up some of his tools. When he open the unit all of his tools were stolen. Over $10,000 of tools stolen welders,lasers etc. When I told the lady in the front desk all she did was take two pictures from the outside of the unit.she would not let the officer look at the videos because apparently it was a policy from the storage. Then she said that there's nothing she can do because there was no proof. She sent the two pictures to the insurance and told them there was no proof of entry so I didn't get anything from the insurance but my things stollen. I really hope no body else has to go trough this so please don't trust this place with your things. I THINK IF SHE DIDN'T WANT TO SHOW THE VIDEO IS BECAUSE SHE MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT!

I…read morefirst called one of their other locations and spoke with Monica who was super friendly she didn't have the size storage space we needed at the first location I requested so she called other surrounding locations and found us a spot at their Aviation Center location. Monica lined up everything with Sherry at the other location so when we got there Sherry new exactly what we needed and had even shuffled some things around to find us a spot that would be easy for my husband to get our trailer into. Sherry was professional and provided excellent customer service. We called the next day and needed an additional storage unit, Sherry showed us several options and made sure we were satisfied with a unit that met our needs. She cleaned the unit which already looked clean and had it ready to go for us when we came back the next day. Customer service is very important to us and All Aboard Storage surpassed our expectations with every interaction both on the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend this company for all your Storage needs.

I had a large unit for only about 100 bucks a month. At the time, no additional insurance was required. This place isn't climate controlled or anything like that, so it's a good idea to cover up your things so they won't get moldy. The owners are pretty friendly... there is plenty of parking and was overall a pretty good experience. Would recommend for anyone beachside looking to store an extra few things.

You obviously have to pay for your storage unit every month, but they will work with you if needed. They aren't trying to get rid of your stuff or throw you out the second the 1st of the month passes like the bigger storage companies do. It is located in the Ormond be the Sea area, so it is very convenient if you live there. It is a bit difficult to get a unit because it is so convenient, but they will put you on a list & let you know if one becomes available. That's what I had to do. The building is not climate controlled, but it is under shopping & restaurants, so it doesn't get as bad as you'd think in the heat of summer. They also turn on a humidifier when it's needed. I haven't had any issues with my things being close to the ocean climate. No melting, no rust & no mold. There is a bathroom available for you to use. They have dollies & a hand truck if you need to borrow them. You can also call ahead & they will open your main door for you before you get there if you don't wish to go in the office when you get there. Which is what I always do.

I needed the original design plans and the tie down instructions for my 10 x 16 shed. Which, by the way, has been a great purchase. They truly build an excellent product. The metal exterior of the shed is super easy to just pressure wash when it gets dirty over time and I have not had a single issue with the shed that can be attributed to the quality of construction. I had to deal with Mara for that to happen. Talk about someone who doesn't care about good customer service. I practically had to jump through hoops to get it done. She charged me $5oo to do the job. I explained to her the shed was only there for a week and I'm on a fixed income, could she help me out with the cost. She took off $100 for a job that didn't even take 30 minutes. She made me send her pics of my DL and my credit card. THEN I had to fill out a form for her to process my credit card. This was all after I had just given them $4000 for my shed!! She has no idea how to treat customers and she doesn't have any guilt about over charging them... she probably went on a shopping spree with my money!! I don't recommend doing business with this company just because they don't care ANYTHING about taking care of the customer. I will say however that John and Darwin did an amazing job moving that shed back for us.
