Wayne sensed the urgency of my situation, (my brakes were shot,) and told me to bring my truck first thing in the morning. The next morning, they took my truck and told me it would be approx 2 hours. I was planning to wait there but they offered to drive me to the Tim Hortons up the street to wait! Awesome! About an hour later, Wayne calls saying he took a look in the back and that those brakes were done too... (I wasn't surprised,) he gave me an estimate and said it would be a bit longer because of the added work but that he had 2 guys on the job for me... I told him to go ahead with the back breaks. Two and a half hours later, he comes to pick me up, with new brakes at a totally fair price. I was even able to get to my early afternoon appointment! Seriously...the service, accommodation, and price was fantastic. I found my new mechanic. Highly recommend!!

They suggested an air filter change as it was dirty. I said go ahead. Should have priced it first but that is my issue. Upon picking up the vehicle the total was now $171.29!! That means the air filter and labour to install was $102.61! I was a but shocked at the time but paid the bill. After researching online with prices I called them back to report my displeasure with the amount. They were not impressed and simply claimed that it was normal amount for what they did.
