Mediocre service; and a waste of $$$ Today, June…read more4,2024, again I returned to "fix" the same issue with the AC (charging me $324 on top of what they already charged for the work that was never done right and after repeated "repairs" - initially they installed a new compressor and refrigerant (which now I am doubting that it was really necessary) but the AC was still not functioning properly...blowing hot air. The first time and second time I reported the problem, I was told the technicians didn't put the right ratio of refrigerant and oil mixture; then the same thing happened again and again... the last time I returned I was told that I have to wait until summer when it's hot outside so they can "fix" the problem!? That seemed strange but I did what they said and today (June 4th a hot Summer day at 95 degrees weather forecast, I have returned. They called 3 hours after I dropped off the car at their shop to inform me that they "discovered a leak" and needed o-rings at a cost of $324 to repair. It's apparent that they never did a competent job when they replaced the compressor the first time. The first time I went there was June 2023 and today is June 2024. The AC was not functioning properly since this issue happened (since it was not needed in the cooler weather days, I didn't have an urgent need for it and was never turned on. They did the worst fix possible to our truck which broke down and we had to tow it and when we asked for a refund both got loud (it was a $500 refund for the "hour" that they checked the truck and a button that we never needed to begin with). Bottom line, if you value your vehicle and demand respect and patience from your mechanic, you should never go to this guy.
