I came many times and your boys refuse to tell me when you will be back and never advised me that you will pay for the damage you have done. The minute the dipstick get stuck you should have instructed your employee that you will compensate all or part oft he damage, buit you are greedy and and never cared to pay one dollar from your pocket to do the right thing and be responsible for the damage you have done by your novice beginner employee who know nothing about changing oil or handling auto parts. The dipstick was already working when I came to check the oil don't lie and say the dipstick was broken. Your employee is lying to you. You employee broke it on purpose I saw it with my eyes.
