I bought a car through Gary on a very tight budget and expected to get six months' use out of it. That was a year and a half ago. Feel free to shop around the dealers and other Oakville shops, but you will most definitely find yourself back at Gary's. I gave him five stars but I'd give him 10 if that was an option. Top-notch service, integrity, and responsiveness.

I took my car to these guys and Towne Had quoted me 13k to fix what was wrong with my car and then told me they had great deals and they could just get me into a new BMW. I wasn't in the market for a new car and I didn't want a car payment. So I decided to take my car to these guys and they fixed what was wrong for 4K instead of The 13 I was quoted at Towne. They are super honest and reliable!! They explained everything and even showed me every little thing that they did! I'm very thankful and now I only take My car to them!! Apparently getting a Smart Car's emissions tested at Canadian Tire is a Sisyphean task, but you can…read moreget it done here without any problem. I've been coming here for four years now, ever since my Smart started requiring emissions tests, and they've never given me any problems. They are always quick and efficient. The chairs are, admittedly, not terribly comfortable, and because my birthday is in January I'm always there at the coldest time of the year so going for a walk is just asking for frostbite. There's a husky station across the parking lot, if you want gas station coffee or a bag of chips. But you can just sit down and read a book or poke on your smartphone for a few minutes while your car is tested. I go there every year, and I've yet to have a problem. By luck we pulled in here, to inspect our car and get off the road. They were closed but by chance a gentleman was doing inventory or some extra work. He came out to see if we needed any help.
