I love my 13 years old car. It has been serviced regularly with the dealership with the exception of one disastrous occasion. So putting it in the hands of another non dealership repair station was a challenge. The auto Shop was referred to me by a friend, and I am very grateful for that referral. For the past 4/5 years I have had two noises which no-one could find. The Auto Shop found and repaired/replaced these. My car sounds and runs as if it was brand new. The Auto Shop also offers an excellent shuttle service. Customer Service was also excellent. When I received my car it had been washed and was shining in the sun. I stumbled upon the auto shop by accident. I knew my car was a goner but decided to have someone take one last look. After dropping my good old VW off with the guys at the auto shop for an inspection I quickly got a very detailed review back and my suspicions were correct. I mostly delt with Ricky who is an absolute pleasure. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car in English so I understood and when I made the choice to say my final goodbye he helped me though everything! Great to have a good, local, customer oriented, repair shop that provides a loaner vehicle while mine (F-150) is being repaired. I've used them several times now, first to repair the electrical issues caused by the bushy-tailed tree rats (squirrels) that chewed up most of my underhood wiring early in the spring and then preventative maintenance as suggested in the owner's manual. Prices are reasonable compared to the stealership and they only do the required/requested work. They will also stay open past regular closing to accommodate those working in Toronto who may be a LITTLE bit late. (Not fair to push it with good folks!) read more

Was in for a service last week, (offered a courtesy digital inspection directly from technician) results sent over by text/email!!! pro-active/innovative facility! Was greeted friendly and prompt. As well I have been getting a serviced at an other shop for a few years now. I had a persistent vibration on my vehicle at idle. Doug (the lead technician) was able to pin point the cause of this.
