A Mechanic recommended Daley's auto for a welding job and I liked the service so much so I tried them with an electrical problem. Not an easy fix by any stretch of the imagination but they did it very well. I have avoided posting this review to see if there were any issues that would pop up. But no ...it's fixed!!! NEVER Bring your Vehicle to this Place if you have a VW or AUDI - They ruined my vehicle , and dropped my car onto something from the hoist and broke my transmission lines and transmission cooler. They did some bamboozled fix that caused my lines to blow off while driving - emptying ALL of my Transmission fluid and Coolant right away , damaging my engine and Transmission. 4 times i was forced to tow my vehicle back to them. I drove my car in with a small coolant leak , and was forced to sell my vehicle for scraps after bringing my car into this place . They dont care about anyones time - as they will be nice to you and lie while making you wait to get your car for no other reason then laziness. I would wait for 3 weeks at a time to get my car back , and it would brake down after 1 - 2 days at best . These people are butchers . They also put a green antifreeze into the VW , when it is always pink or purple , when asked the mechanic said it was universal fluid and that its just dye . Little do they know i had friends who work for vw and other mechanics to ask, and they told me anyone who says that is a butcher . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP . !! We had a Saturday morning appointment to do an oil, lube and filter, winter rim/tire swap and brake servicing. We were told that the car would be ready by noon. We called after noon for an update and were told the car was still being worked on. It was finally ready just before 2 PM - almost two hours later than originally stated. When we picked it up, the brake servicing hadn't been done so we have to get that taken care off separately. While Karmen did call us after, we had already made other arrangements to get the brake work done. I had started coming here two years ago based on a good friend's recommendation, but after this experience I'd rather spend more but get my car maintenance done reliably somewhere else. read more

Went for a quote early morning. Mechanic took a picture and said I'd get a call back from the lady at the desk with a price. Did not end up receiving a call back. Both mechanic and lady over the phone seemed nice and would have likely chosen this place to do business .. if they had returned my call. desperate to get repair done ASAP so I went elsewhere. read more

Too expensive. They charge $700 for heater core replacement, while it is done for $350 in Brampton.

Went to Daley's for a brake job. They took me in even though I had no prior appointment. All the staff were very courteous. Troy is an absolute gentleman, took the time to explain the problem with the brakes and offered good recommendation of what needs to be done, being considerate of cost. While working on the brakes he had to replace an additional part on the calipers and only charged me for the part. Which is really nice of him to go the extra mile. I had to return the same day to make some adjustments to the brakes to what I am used to and again he took me in and made the adjustments even though he had to work past 5:00pm (Closing Time). It shows that he is passionate about what he does. If he continues giving me good service at a fair price then I am definitely returning to get my car serviced by him. read more

Daleys Auto Repair is THE PLACE to take your vehicle if you want honest and courteous service Ever left a repair shop feeling as though your wallet was raped or that the worker is trying to pull a fast one? I have, every time until today. If you live in or around Steetsville/Mississauga and feel a lump in your throat every time you need a repair, try them, you will NOT be disappointed. I certainly wasn't. I took my car in today for some minor repairs, tire, lights sensor... Honest and fair service is what I got. They explained what I needed, what could wait and what wasn't as bad as OTHERS said it was. I left happy and that is never the case. They aslo have such sweet hearted lady who works at the front. Wow! Thank you YELP for introducing me to Daley's Auto Service. Me and my boyfriend were waiting for his usual mechanic and as usual he was late. In fact, we ended up waiting over an hour, so me and my boyfriend finally gave up and I decided to yelp auto services in Mississauga. After reading the two reviews, I decided to call Daley's to see if he can take us last minute. Bruce answered the phone and I told him what I thought the problem with my boyfriends car was. He told me to come in asap and he will check it out. When we arrived to his shop, him and the other mechanic greeted us. Bruce checked out the car and showed us what was exactly wrong with the car and explained how he was going to fix the problem. He gave us a very good price for fixing my boyfriend's exhaust, an oil change and to completely replace the cold air intake system. After an hour and a half, we came back and everything was fixed. Overall, we were more then impressed with the exceptional customer service and the pricing. We will be going back to him for sure =) THIS IS REALLY AS GOOD AS IT GETS! read more

I guess the positive reviews are from those who migrated from Canadian Tire or their own dealers. My initial experience - asked for a labour quote for front rotors replacement; one person at this place said $60 and half hour, next day another person said $100 and 1.5 hours and just yesterday I went there and the lady there said $80 and 1.5 hours. I came back bewildered. I have had rotors and brakes replaced from mechanics in the Wolfedale/Burnhamthorpe area for much less time and money. Daley's is close to my home and because of the reviews (now seems exaggerated), I thought I will try them. read more

These guys are after your wallet with a smile on there face is what I felt. I myself am mechanically inclined to do all the services that I got fixed here and this was the 1st time I went to these guys because I needed a fast service, they did the job but what they charged me was nuts, I could have gotten the same job done at some other mechanic for half the price. I know what part costs, and what they charged me for the parts alone, it was very obvious that they try to make a lot of commission on the parts itself, and then they charge you 2hrs labor for a 1hr job when half the time there mechanic is out smoking. It don't matter if they got the job done or not, they will charge you labor anyways. If you don't know what exactly needs to be done on ur vehicle and how much it should cost, you will love them because Troy will try to flood you with unnecessary information and act as he cares, but trust me guys you really should look somewhere else unless you are a good looking lady, then they care a little. Anyways I felt at unease after paying them there bill so had to leave a review, but please do your search before you get something done and try to avoid these guys because they will always 100% of the time charge you above average. read more
